Ok...so I was going to 4 star because there are 3 boxes of which I only received 2, the first day. Box 2 of 3 arrived the following day. But could be the fault of the shipping not the vendor. Aside from that two holes were off but with some wiggling it still all worked out. The couch is firm but Not hard by any means. I hope they do not "flatten" over time. Honestly the couch is on the smaller size but is ok. Took about an hour to build. Everything came packed well and safe. One of those two holes had some loose stitches but it's in a non issue location so ok. Shipping was less than 10 days and actually arrived earlier than scheduled. Venders had rapid response and communication. All the cushions come with velcrow to keep in place and the arms had zippers! Very cool product placement and design and I love the ottoman. It's huge! Was so scared because of lack of reviews.

We received 3 boxes in good shape and no requirement to sign for it. Be sure to inspect if signing.The couch looks great and took about an hour to put together in a leisurely pace. Always a worry to buy something like this online without trying out first, but this turned out well. The seat cushions are very stiff, but I like them this way. Some who want a sink in type, maynot like it. Back cushions are very soft and maybe too much so. Can easily be supported with extra stuffing if needed. It has zippered covers for cleaning... A great bonus. The back is very low and won't support your head unless you slump way down. Wanted this due to low windows it sits under. Perfect for us.The fabric is a sort of wooden linen. Not the softest compared to some but very nice looking, will not shred from cats like faux leather. I bet it will soften with a pass through the washer.It's not a huge couch, but sorta standard size all around. Time will.tell.with the seat firmness holding up. They will need to, to prevent some supports not to be felt through them. Chaise cushion seems to slip alot. Will need to add some fabric Velcro. They do include that with the arm and back cushions. Shoulda went the whole way there.Overall gave this full stars due to the great value for a good looking couch with reasonable comfort.

After having the couch for over a month my husband and I have completely enjoyed it. The cushions were firm as expected from reviews but they've softened up since. Ottoman really helps complete the sectional and allows for more room if you enjoy laying out while watching movies. We purchased 2in velcro and placed 2 long strips for each bottom cushion to hold it firmly in place and I would highly recommend it. Be careful not to sit between cushions though because you will sink and it takes a little while for the cushions to return to their normal form.

Delivery was earlier. Description is fully compliant. The seat and back cushions on the zipper can be removed and washed.

All the reviews, good and bad are pretty accurate depending on what you need. This is a great couch for a smaller apartment. Its not the big deep sink in couch that you might be looking at from the picture but it is a nice smaller couch. Make sure to measure out the couch in your living room before getting it. I understand people not realizing it is a smaller couch untill it comes in. I like it for my apartment, fits well and the ottoman makes it great for two people to lay comfortably.

Initially, I was very disappointed and frustrated because only 1 of 3 boxes (the one containing the ottoman) was delivered and the whole order was marked as delivered. Amazon only had the one tracking number so they couldn't help. Luckily, the main 2 boxes were delivered several hours later. As far as the couch itself, it is exactly as described. Make sure you understand the measurements for size. It is a bit hard but will soften with use.

I love this couch! Very chic. The fabric makes it easy to clean and with three animals the blue color is very forgiving! I read reviews that it wasn’t cozy, but I’ve enjoyed both sitting and sleeping on this couch. Personally I like the short height. Assembly was relatively easy.

I love how this sectional looks and the versatility of the pieces. The fabric is sturdy and doesn't show dirt. It is not at all comfortable though😕 the cushions are soft and the springs are only covered with a very thin fabric. I love the low lines of the design especially for a smaller space
