Q: Hi, I have bought this set and am looking to buy a rose nozzle. All of them do not look like a screw type so will it fit into this set? Thanks

The set includes a rose nozzle (well, mine did) and they all screw on and fit the Tala syringe

Q: Is this strong enough to pipe mashed potato or other puree'd veg?

I purchased two of these icing sets. One for myself and one for a friend. She used it for the first time while I was helping her with a family birthday cake. The end where the nozzles screw on broke off on the first attempt to pipe buttercream icing. Just a bit embarrassing!! I gave her the other one and it worked OK. I didn't bother to order another and went to local Wilko's and bought a different sort. That one works perfectly even after all this time. I suppose it would be fine for piping mash and puree'd veg but the one I purchased from Wilko's was a third of the price and does the same job.
