Not worth with what you paid.
I usually don’t write reviews but I was so disappointed with this machine. It’s stop working after 2 clients. The machine still got the power but it won’t run. Nothing got stuck inside, the needle still latching on good but it not running. I give 2 start because it’s very lightweight, come with a lot of needle, and I got 2 clients done with it otherwise I will give it 1 star. Don’t waste your money for this machine.

Good purchase
Loved the machine, I had most expensive machines n this one has 3 levels of speed! Is very light which is amazing for ur wrist, I don’t know why the other reviews are bad! But mine came with instructions, but even if it didn’t the pen is pretty self explanatory is not complicated to us at all .. so far i have had it for about 7 months and still works great ! Thank you this product is worth the price :)

Costly for a machine with no instructions or video
The product should come with instructions and product details.Received mine yesterday and excitedly plugged it but it doesnt work. LED display not showing, red light on adapter not on when plugged and totally clueless how to turn it on and how it works

Works pretty good
I’ve had this machine for a couple of months now. I like it, it gets the job done but does get a little warm but not hot.
