Love it
A miracle worker. We have a 4 inch and it works great as a starter then use this 6 inch. Use these any time back feels a little twinge that isn't right and it pops back. Love it! Since using these foam rollers and the inversion table have not been laid up in over 2 years now. Great.

Essential Back Decompression Tool
I've experienced different types of foam rollers for back relief, not so much for Pilates. This type of closed foam has an imbeded pvc pipe for firmness and durability, which is great. I Also would recommend the SOFTER open cell white foam that you can usu. get for around 14.00 for a three for full and half round type (just know with very heavy [daily] use will have to be replaced eventually) I use the 3' half round softer type cut down in three sections and have my wife cover with heavy duty material as lumbar and sometimes neck support pillows to sit and sleep. Pure heaven and essential for a back/neck pain sufferer.

It is what it says.
This product is entirely what it says it is -- it's 36" inches long, 6" in diameter, black, and very dense. It you expect a foam roller with a bit of give, this is not what you will find. The "expanded polypropylene" is long-hand for a hard durable styrofoam like substance. It does what it says it will -- it rolls. If you are looking for a bit of "squish" you will not find it here. This roller is perfectly adequate.

mom loves it!
I got this for my mother after her knee surgery. Her physical therapist told her to get one. She loves this one because of the extra length, I guess it's easier to roll off the shorter ones. But she loves it!

Haven't had it for long yet. But, so far, it seems to be just as good as ones I've seen in stores for more than twice the price I paid.

A bit too much of density for a beginner but would be great for those who have a hard body. l would suggest a softer density for those who are starting out usig a roller. Other than that, the roller is a great way to get your body into alignment.

Loosens tight muscles.....as if you are getting a deep tissue massage! Highly recommend.
