Omega 3 Index Complete Test Kit At-Home Blood Test 1 Pack

This test is a finger prick on a card , that you mail in. Takes about 3weeks to receive results though your email. Very detailed results. Gives the range you tested and the range that’s recommended. Also has access to a Q & A and calculator. To help figure out to up your omega 3 ( if yr low). Tells you also what foods to eat, so you can up the intake. I highly recommend.

If you need to monitor your uric acid levels, this kit is easy to use and accurate. Just a drop of blood is required and mail it in the enclosed mailer. Results available in about a week. You must establish a free online account to see the lab results. Highly recommended as it's accurate and much less expensive than ordering a test from a doctor. They give a complete explanation of what the results mean.

This is a nice detailed report. However, it would have been much better if the items out of the reference range were highlighted or made to stand out.

Lots of detail provided, definitely using the test again.

Excellent test kit easy to follow and have my test results in two weeks thank you

Still haven’t received results after 2 months of waiting :( I have done other testing through a different company and it typically only takes 3-5 weeks for results to come back

Easy to use

Would have liked to seen 15 and 17 since those seem to be related to dairy. Will test again as I make dietary changes. Pretty interested to see how eating only grass fed beef changes my o3:o6 ratio.
