Looks to be the same quality as the OEM version.
Have no worry ordering these. There are excellent quality and fitted the Dell PE640 I was working on for a client. The server has been in operation for a month and no issues with the caddies.

WARNING: Not Compatible with PowerEdge R440.....
These would be a nice product but they are not compatible with a brand new Poweredge R440 10 drive server..
