My george foreman grill is a year old. the panini grill plates are starting to stick to food. what can i do to remedy this?

You don’t have to , I recommend it in case you walk away from the grill. It’s a great purchase, highly recommend it.

The waffle plates make normal depth waffles.

Can all the plates go in the dishwasher?

I am not sure, I really have had no need to put them in the dishwasher. These plates wash so easily even without using any kind of non-stick spray. I absolutely love this George Foreman grill.
