The media could not be loaded. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as I have never seen these before. This is a really cool lighter. You just power it on and hit the ignition switch, two little prongs come out and light up whatever you are lighting. I lit a candle first with no problem. Come with a USB charger. Handy little tool.

I love it. I needed a lighter for a pilot light on a stove. Regular lighters scare the bejesus out of me. This has a nice long handle, is easy to use, is made well, and the best part - no flame!

This is extremely well made and does exactly as advertised. The only negative I have is that a few seconds after being turned on if it's not used it turns itself off.

While the idea of this lighter is awesome, and it's easy to use, I can't stand it. It makes such a loud, high pitched whistle noise that not only does my cat run from the room when it's used, but my kids have a fit and I can't stand it either. At 47 years old, I can hear this loud and clear! Sounds like a deafening dog whistle and it definitely hurts the ears! Doesn't matter where in the house my kids are, they'll hear it and beg for it to stop, and they aren't young children, they're 20 and 25 years old. My husband is the only one in the house that can't hear it (Lucky him!). If I can't give this away, I'll have to return it. If you can stand the noise, or are lucky enough to not hear it, then it's a good product. Perfect for lighting candles, which is what I purchased it for.

Previously bought this lighter and had some trouble. Not sure what the actual problem was but company was nice enough to send me a brand new lighter that works awesome!!! I will always buy this lighter. Safe around kids and no mess!!! Favorite part is that it's rechargeable. Very sleek looking.

This is the second plasma lighter I've owned, and it is excellent. I especially like the lights that indicate the charge level each time you turn it on. My wife typically uses it to light candles, and it does that better than matches.

I had to return it, I was excited about this technology but after trying to light a candle after one try I painfully turned it off due to the piercing noise it products like a 10,000 volt taser gun

Pretty cool item, I use it to light candles and incense. Only needs to be re-charged every now and again. Hope it lasts for a while.

I love the idea of this product but one of the covers on the prongs for the plasma arc came off and it's been really hard to slide it open and use it.
