Dark roast but does not have an overly strong flavor, which is a good thing. Smooth, not bitter. Would purchase again.

Great coffee that supports a great cause
Amani Dark Coffee is my favorite because it is very smooth and strong. For anyone who is an avid coffee drinker, this is for you. I used to have to drink cup after cup of coffee. With Amani I am able to have a cup and be set for the day. It is simply delicious!

Light Roast
If you love coffee light, med, or dark, and especially the unique flavors only found in Single Origin Region, then there is no reason not to like this bright and somewhat fruity coffee. This coffee is smooth with no bitterness.This is how I prepare my coffee. Two Tablespoons placed in a carafe and add 12 ounces of boiling water, then stir slowly and watch the coffee develop a creamy top. Wait about 3 minutes and lightly stir again and then pour into cup using a tea strainer. All flavors are released using this method which is similar to a French press without all the extra cleanup.The only thing that can make this coffee better is to sell a whole bean so that the oils don’t dry up and to add a roasting date to the packaging.

Simply Some of the Best
As an avid coffee drinker, I only buy MY coffee from an out of state specialty shop that carries a premium roast from Siena. This is equally, if not better. I tried the Amani light roast: smooth, no bitterness - this may be my new go-to. It is excellent (take it from someone who bought a new coffee maker just to make sure that no store-brand residue could possibly even slightly alter the taste of premium grade). Step up to the high-grade! Highly Recommended!
