Fine in both Laserprinter & Inkjet; Square corners, mild curl. Works great for us
My small home business goes through about 2000 labels per year. Over the past decade, I've tried a lot of half-sheet labels (from Uline & Avery, as well as from UPS & FedEx) A few observations that got missed by others: - Yes, these work well in both inkjet and laserprinter. The paper has a good "tooth" to absorb ink (some glossier labels tend to smear a bit with inkjets) - thickness of label+backing is 0.20mm. Exactly the same as Avery. Without backing, the label is 0.11mm thick (same as Avery). (measured with a micrometer) - Held out from the edge of a desk (with 1 inch of label supported), a label will flex under its own weight. The Avery label+backing bends slightly more, suggesting that the Avery label is slightly more flexible (so perhaps the Avery stock is less likely to jam) - Modest curl after a laserprinter (this is important, since we run the sheet twice through the printer, once for each label - this way, we can use each of the two labels) These do not seem to curl so much that my Brother printer jams on 'em the second time through. (Today is a damp morning, and a full sheet of label came out of my laserprinter: Laid on the table, maximum of about 3/4 inch of curl. After it cooled off, this went down to about 1/4 inch of curl. Not much curl. - Squared corners, no space between the two split labels, and the paperstock goes all the way to the edge. (Most other labels have rounded corners which reduce paper jams. And a 2mm space around each label makes for easier peeling) - Avery labels have a nice feature of bend-and-peel: you bend the label and the backing pops off the label. This makes for faster and easier peeling. These labels lack this feature. - Like Avery labels, there's printing (stars) on the backside (a good thing - tells you which is the side to print, and helps you put them in the printer the correct way) - Stickyness is fine - about the same as the high quality Avery labels: With some care, a label can be removed from a cardboard box without tearing the box surface. These will not peel off on their own. - These labels are made in China. Very nicely cellophane wrapped in packs of 100 sheets (200 labels).

Could not be happier with this purchase!
I have purchased Avery half-sheet labels for years and thought them to be the best. Finances prompted me to look on Amazon and see what they might be offering...maybe Avery at discount :) I thought. I came across this offering. The price seemed too good to be true - and as many of us have come to know, when it seems too good to be true, it usually is! So I read every review I could find. One person especially wrote an amazing review and hit on every question/doubt I had - I have a very small business on ebay and an even smaller budget. I use HP officejet; was concerned about paper weight and jamming; want my shipments to look professional; was concerned about peeling - and I think a couple of other concerns the reviewer addressed. So, I decided to take a chance w/ VALUEMAILERS. Absolutely delighted in all respects! In fact, I gave a friend of mine [also a small business] 2 pkgs to use and she is also thrilled with them. I feel comfortable giving this item the highest of recommendations. If this is characteristic of the product from this company, I'll likely be returning to see what else they offer. Thank you, Amazon, as well - this Company should make you proud!

Works perfectly, price is far better than the name brands found at retail stores.
Great Price, and works perfectly. They are thicker and stick better than other discount labels I've tried. They will stick very well to poly mailers that other brands of labels will not stick to very well. I use them on padded Priority Flat rate envelopes, and they perform perfectly. The labels also hold ink very well and do not smudge like some inexpensive labels do. The price makes them tough to beat! Forget about retail stores for labels, buy the HouseLabels brand and save a bunch of money on shipping.Edit: I reordered, and the latest shipment came from New Coast LLC. They are not "House" brand labels, but of the generic half-sheet labels I've bought, they are probably the brightest white, and have better adhesive than others. The back side is printed with "Quality Star". I still give these a 5-Star rating, since the value and quality is equal. I hope I get these again next time I order. It can be hit and miss with other brands.

Suitable Printer Label for OfficeJet Printer
I bought a boat load of these labels. I won't need to order again for quite awhile.Since I've used other's labels. I can offer comparison. This label is NOT made with a heavy weigh gauge paper. Keep that in mind, A thin or light gauge paper weight works fine for me.This batch of labels has a logo stamped on the label sheet back. I know quickly referencing front from back is preferred by a lot of label users. My HP printer loads and runs these labels, either as singles or a stack, with no jamming issues.Would I order again, with price break and free shipping, yes.

Price is great compared to the name brands
PROS: Price is great compared to the name brands. The backs have stars on them making it very easy to tell which side needs to be loaded into your printer. No issues with the ink smearing.CONS: If you are printing one half sheet label at a time you are going to run into some serious issues when you try to run them through again because the paper curls after you take the first label off. We've had to spend a lot of time perfectly laying them out one at a time then putting some weight on them to try and flatten them out before we use the half sheets. If you plan on printing a lot of these (we do about 500 a day for shipments) then you may want to spend a little more money for some that won't curl up.

Stars on the back, not a good sign.
disappointed to see that these had the stars on the back, I would not have purchased these if I had known that. Previous lots that I purchased had weak adhesive, barely stayed on the boxes, especially in cold weather. this batch seemed a little better, but not as good as uline labels. I had several paper jams in my canon printer already. the release paper curls easily, making it hard to use the second half if you first peel off one label.
