This is just what I wanted for help with stabilizing my knee after surgery of a broken tib/fib and not bearing any weight for 10 weeks. The neoprene sleeve had the perfect amount of compression without cutting off circulation. The only downside is that you do sweat while wearing it but that can be remedied by folding it down to your ankle. I definitely recommend this knee brace.

Sad to say, this is the 1st order gone wrong for me. I ordered a medium and I received X-Large!Not happy at all! I keep looking back at my order details just to see if my eyes are crossed but nope, it still says medium -_-

It wasn't as much support as I expected, fits like a glove though. Not too snug and not too tight.It doesn't fall off but honestly doesn't feel like it is really doing anything either when I am wearing it. It warms up a lot and makes my leg feel really really warm and makes my feet tingle when I wear it so I just stopped wearing it.I would probably get another product if I were going to get another one. I don't have bad, bad knees though. I was just having a little bit of pain in one of my knees when I ran and after I wore it a few times, I tried it without and didn't have any more pains so I haven't worn one at all.Try if you want, but not one I would get again. Would spend a little more for one that my Dr recommended.Surely if you have serious knee issues - DO NOT GET THIS. You will be dissapointed, it is not much support. Just a firm rubbery glove to put around your knee.

My knees when straightened and measured in the middle of the knee with a cloth tape, the circumference measures to 14.75 inches or about 37.5 cm.That being said, I didn't know whether to get the large ( 14-16in / 35-40cm) or medium (12-14in / 30-35cm ). Since they only had the medium in stock, i bought the medium to see how it would fit when i play basketball with it.So this is how it fits:VERY TIGHT WHEN DRY BUT I CAN STILL PUT IT ON WITHOUT TOO MUCH TROUBLE. REQUIRES MORE EFFORT TO BEND KNEES.DEFINITELY SUPPORTS MY KNEE AND KEEPS IT WARM.STARTED SWEATING WHILE PLAYING BASKETBALL AND BARELY FELT THESE THINGS WERE ON MY KNEE

The support is ok, but the material does not breathe. My knee gets all sweaty and uncomfortable when I wear the brace.

This is the BEST Knee sleeve I have used for running! It supports my knee and I don't feel pain when I run when I use this. I am ordering more right now to stock up.

Two comments 1. If you are between sizes go with the smaller. By the recommendation I was a medium. It was loose and bunched up. 2. After 7 uses it has started to tear along the side wall. I use it when I skate. See picture. I have since bought a small and it fits much better. After four uses it does not show signs of wear. I will come back to my review once I see how they handle my return to see if they stand behind their product.
