Its not for the babies under 2 years old. It looks like small but actually its a bit bigger than I thought. My daughter can’t reach the pedals. And there is no place to put foot on it. Seat is not adjustable. Quality is good. Looks nice. There is no battery.

We got this for our sons first birthday. The wheels are far enough ahead that he can use it as a scooter until he grows into it. It’s larger than I expected! He should fit this for a couple years.
