I love these! So tasty that I enjoy taking them.

I absolutely love these gummies. Every single flavor is delicious. I'm especially pleased that the yellow isn't a lemon or banana flavor; Im not sure what the flavor actually is, but it's amazing. Apple? Pineapple? Peach? Doesn't even matter. I'd also like to point out that I'm not at all a fan of cherry flavor, but these cherry ones are very good.I use gummies for my prenatal vitamins as well, but they aren't anywhere near as tasty as these are, which results in me regularly forgetting to take them. I haven't forgotten to take these fiber gummies once, it's like my subconscious is counting down the hours to when I can take them again.But most important of all; these work! I'm a regularly constipated person to begin with, but it's gotten more serious now that I'm pregnant. After a couple traumatizing bathroom experiences, I was desperate to find a good solution. I already had psyllium husk capsules, but you have to swallow so darn many of them throughout the day that I couldn't keep up with it consistently enough for them to do anything. They taste bad too.There are other fiber gummies out there, but I chose these because they give you more fiber per gummy, and the prebiotics seem like a nice bonus.The first night I took only 2 gummies as suggested, and definitely noticed a difference the next morning. After that day I do have to take the full 6 gummies (I take 3 in AM and 3 in PM) to keep things moving acceptably. I am super pleased with these, but have only been taking them for about 2 weeks.My 5 yo daughter is now also taking these, she gets 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM at the same time I take mine.

UPDATE 11/13/21: I ordered a bottle of GUMMIES from an independent seller but received chewable tablets which I hate. Amazon gave me a refund immediately. When I came back to try ordering gummies again, the price had doubled. WATCH OUT WHO YOU BUY FROM!!!!!Update: I've been using Fiber Choice for over a month now. These gummies really have made a very noticable difference. I'm taking 2 twice a day. I haven't had a problem with constipation since I switched to this brand. I take 1 dose of Clearlax a day and these Fiber Choice gummies. This is the first time I've gone this long without a bout of IBS-C in years.Original Review: Amazon cancelled my Subscribe and Save for another fiber gummy I had been using for several years so I decided to try Fiber Choice. I'm SO glad I did. Turns out Amazon did me a huge favor because these are much better tasting and much healthier for me to take. They're very soft and delicious. The ingredients are all natural with no artificial sweeteners. I love that these contain prebiotics to help keep my intestinal tract healthy.I have several digestive conditions that require daily medication. These seen to help me enough so I can cut back on how much I take. Life is a little more comfortable now.

Get some fiber gummies they said, have more solid poops they said. Well maybe. These are actually inulin fiber and not psyllium fiber like you find in old school products like Metamucil. The inulin fiber is soluble, so you digest it and it nourishes the bacteria in your gut. Insoluble fiber like psyllium binds things up and helps them move through your system.One of the results of this is that these gummies are not gritty, grainy, chalky or anything you might think fiber is. They're chewy and a bit sticky and basically like a gummy bear or kids fruit snack. They have a good flavor and are easy to eat. You have to remember to take them but you won't mind taking them. I tried to take the full dose from day 1 and it made me terribly gassy and bloated. I scaled back for about a week and then increased after that and it was fine for the rest of the bottle. I didn't really feel any different or more regular but did have somewhat more solid poops for a while after the bottle was done.Overall not bad but I may not buy more due to the cost, gas situation, and minimal noticeable benefits.

My typical brand (Phillips) was unavailable, so I took a chance on these. They are tasty, however the only effect they seem to have was that it made me and everyone else that had one incredibly gassy... Seriously, endless farting. 😳 Once we all accepted that it was going to be a stinky evening, it was entertaining to some extent. Lord help anyone that takes these that is still in a courting phase with their significant other. My husband lived through 3 pregnancies, he is broken in, and there is not much I can do that is more gross that what he has been through. Happy tooting! 😂

I've used this product before. I lost 85 lbs. However, they changed the product says great new look but the recipe may hv changed as well. I'm hoping not but that's just me wondering since the hummies themselves are different. Anyway here's to hoping it's the same so I continue my journey on the last 40 🙏👐
