I finally found sharp punches.
After buying 4 or 5 sets of punches and being disappointed in the very poor quality of them, I tried these. I told myself that if these were the same poor quality that all the others have been, I would just stop leather working until I saved enough money for a few nice, but expensive punches.I have to say that these are great. I ordered two 2mm punches. They arrived much earlier than expected, and are very sharp. As soon as they came in, I tried them out on 6-7oz. veg tan. I didn't have a problem at all. Both punches cut through easily and left nice clean holes.The punches themselves are clean, not chipped or rusted. They also have the size engraved on the handle.I've been doing leather work for almost a year now, and I can't yet afford the nicer tools. Until that time comes, these will be just fine.

Great punches
LOve these punches, have used since I got them and they continue to work great even after several thousands holes punched

Solid, effective punches worth the price
These punches work great and have shown no signs of tip degradation after over a hundred holes. The taper on the punch tip is not wide so the hole doesn't expand a lot even when punching through thicker leather.They did not feel that sharp but it doesn't seem to affect their efficiency. The punches are uneven in barrel length and I found a couple of them to be just a little shorter than I'd like. Some of the size markers are a bit difficult to read. I have to be very careful with the 1.5 and the 1.8 punches else I grab the wrong one.

Great little punch.
Nice little punch. Cuts easily, seems pretty durable so far and doesn't clog. Have already gotten a good amount of use out of it and it looks and cuts like it did the day I got it.
