The ingredients lists n-acetyl-l-cysteine the bottle i received does not have it listed but has milk thistle. do i have an old or new version?

I’m not sure old or new version but my bottle does not indicate n-acetyl-l-cysteine. Expire date is 03/2023.

It looks like they took the turkey tail out of it and added green tea extract?

My version has 150 mg of Turkey Tail Mushroom per tablet. No green tea extract.
