Great remote start kit ! 30 minute install !!
My mechanic had it installed in 30 minutes, super easy , it’s different for each model if vehicle. This was for a 13 Dodge Avenger . Had it installed and put back together in 30 minutes or so , hit the lock button 3 times and boom , it’s starts , plug and play. A++++ product. Most remote start kits are 200$ plus , and you have to use another remote , this one uses factory remote , which is nice. Highly recommend this remote stat kit ! A+++

Works As Intended, Company Needs better Instructions and Feedback on the remote
The product itself works exactly as intended. I can start my car from a good distance away using the provided buttons (not using factory key fob bc want greater distance). Some things I would like to see improved is some sort of feedback on the remotes indicating that the car has made the connection. For instance, if I press the button while still inside the building I have no idea if it was a successful turn on or not. I use this to heat my car for the winter months and if the car doesn’t start up then it’s not serving the purpose I bought it for.Other than that, the company did put a lot of emphasis on the quality of their instructions. However, not being familiar with the inner mechanics of the car under the dash and driver’s side, it was more complicated to deduce what to do on some parts. I had to reference YouTube to figure out certain things and I guessed. Luckily my guesses were right but I could see someone being discouraged rather easily by not understanding the instructions.

Ruined my RKE module
Installed product and the remote start worked fine, but immediately the car would no longer start with just the key. By key it would start, then immediately die. Took my car to the dealership, they had to replace the RKE module. $430 later my car is fixed and I can start with the key again. I had this removed. If you're going to install a remote start I'd suggest having it done by professionals.

Great deal for the money
Used in a 08 dodge avenger was easier to install then most reviews say just pulled the radio an reached behind ignition an unscrewed 1 screw that held electric to ignition separated wire harness an plugged it in between an put screw back reinstalled radio took about 20 min to complete

Excellent product
Works Great Customer service responds quickly. Working around key Immobilizer is a pain. But if the two wires inside snap easy fix with some soldering skill and patience.

Fairly Simple And so Far it Works as It Should
My biggest and ONLY complaint is that i dont understand why the installation instructions need to be top secret and ONLY accessible after purchasing. I had assumed this install would require me to do a little reaching under the steering column and plugging into something down there. But didnt find out that it was a plug near the ignition until after purchasing. If i could have read the instructions BEFORE purchasing i could have had an idea of where I needed to go, and checked if i was going to be able to even access this area.Any videos I saw in the reviews were all plugging in under the steering column. This wasnt the case for me. I had to go through the radio. Again, why these instructions need to be top secret IDK. Some people might not be able to access this plug without special tools or removing a ton of interior pieces and they wouldnt know this until AFTER already purchasing.Luckily, this was for my gf's car and the plug was possible to get to. But it took way longer than expected and I had no idea where I needed to go. It also took quite a few YouTube videos to make sure i was going to the right plug. Without those videos IDK if i would have been able to locate this plug easily based on just their instructions.Just let me read the instructions to make sure I can do the job or let me try to access the plug first to see if I can do it before dropping $100+ on something that might be a bigger job than anticipated. This is my only reason for 3 stars because I was lucky my plug was reasonably accessible. It became more of a pain in the ass than it seemed, and YouTube videos were more helpful than the written instructions that were based on generalizations of where the plug MIGHT be.This being said, I was planning to buy one for my car, also, but dont I feel like doing so, since I have to wait to read the instruction to see how much a pain in the ass the job is going to be.
