STASHLOGIX SMELL CONTROL BAG with Combination Lock Smell Free Storage Bag: The Silverton

I just received this yesterday, but I was so impressed with the quality that I wanted to give a first impression review. I got the medium sized one, and it’s the perfect size for my use. It can store all of my key “smelly” items, and will serve as at-home as well as travel storage. If you have a lot of items, or large jars/pieces you need to store, I’d recommend going for the large.The bag and zipper feel incredibly sturdy. The zipper is almost too sturdy, as it is can take a little force to zip it open and closed. Some might see this as a con, but it gives me more confidence that it’s going to last and will do its job of keeping the smell in.The locking mechanism is easy to use and does its job as a simple lock. It’s more of a deterrent than anything, as anyone who spent time trying to get it open can probably do so would be able to do so. It’ll keep children from opening it, but I’d bet older teenagers could figure it out without much difficulty. This is fine for my use, but if you’re looking for a less-penetrable lock, you may want to look elsewhere.As far as I can tell so far, the bag contains smell very well. I’ll likely come back to update this after I’ve had more time to use/test it, but overall I’m very happy with my purchase and am glad I didn’t cheap out on the low quality items available on Amazon.

This stash bag is great. A lifesaver in more ways than just one. As someone who self medicates in a state where it’s not legal and they just raised the smoking age, this bag is great for keeping my items locked up. It’s also great when I drive the 2 hours to the legal state I hike in. I can carry this around and even if it were to fall off the cliff edge, the hard case would definitely protect it. It also keeps smells in pretty damn well. I like the smell of my medicine but I don’t like to smell like it going to work so this keeps the smell from leeching into my room and getting all over my clothes. It came with a little pouch that you can reuse 2/3 times by either refreshing it in the sun or the dryer. It deodorizes the inside. I have back up perfume that I keep in my bag that is several years old (they don’t make it anymore) and it’s gotten quite rich in its scent and can mask my medicine smell and even that can’t get out! I got this bag at 49.99 when it’s usually 54.99^. The poky tool is also really good for scraping out honey straws to get all that sweet dab you have on the inside of the metal. All around I would definitely buy it again. Love it!

First of all, the jute material, case shape and design elements are beautiful and that it's made in the USA and from environmentally sustainable fabrics was a big selling point for me – I greatly appreciate both form and function. I like that it's discreet, compact, and would be easy to travel with. The zipper and locking mechanism are easy to use. The case is hard so I don't have to worry about anything inside getting smashed or damaged; it feels very durable and solid. I like that it's waterproof and smellproof. The space inside is customizable with removable and arrangeable dividers though I would love to have more configuration options with different sized dividers to better fit the content I'll be storing. Overall, this product is a joy to use and I highly recommend.

Lockable, high quality, and great customer support.

I absolutely love this! I was looking for quite a while for the perfect stash box and wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for. I actually had a wooden accordion sewing box in my cart that I was going to try when I came across this product and saw that it has a lifetime warranty and a lock feature and was customizable and thought I would give it a try. I am so happy I found this. It is very thoughtfully designed, well made and truly does seem to be smell proof. I have it packed with goodies and when it's closed you can't smell anything that would give away what's inside. This is a quality product and I highly recommend!

It looks good and blocks odor very well. The movable dividers make it quite configurable. We've only had it for a few weeks, so we can't comment on how long the zipper will hold up, but it feels well made. Overall, we pleased with the bag and would recommend it.One note: it is rigid with multiple layers, so the usable space is smaller than you might think based on the external dimensions. Consider getting a size. I wish I had but won't ding the rating, as it was my error.The only minor complaint is that the included pick tool is such a thin gauge that it's barely thicker than a paperclip. Useable, but such a flimsy tool reflects poorly on STASHLOGIX and I'd recommend something just a bit more substantial. We used the pick from another company's bag.

Love this thing! Can't call it just a case cause this thing holds up to everything I've done to it in the last 3 months. This includes dropping, stepping on, getting kicked, spilled on, and filled up to the top! The harder outer case is so strong and protects all your stuff. The zippers on most bags have already torn or broken by this point and this zipper is still perfect and much more sturdy! Odor proof, interior is smooth so its easier to clean and sometimes salvage spilled stuff, and the lock is one of the best ive used too. This stashlogix product will not let you down. Ive tried at least half a dozen of these style bags....this is by far best. Pay a little bit more now and get a much better product that you won't have to replace again in 3 months! Love it and will be getting more of their products in the future.

Works as intended. Size is better than the small.

I just received my third large Silverton. I also have a medium Silverton. These are just fantastic cases. They hold a lot, allow for good organization with the movable dividers, and do a great job of minimizing smell (I don't like to say eliminating as unless you never open it, smell will "escape" and can linger a bit, but if I keep it zipped up even my bloodhound nose owning spouse does not smell it). I also like that they are structured and look rather classy. All mine are in the tan, which I think is nice when so many options are grey or black only.Just for an idea of how much it can hold, in one of my large Silverton's right now I currently have 1x250ml mason jar (on side), 2x150ml mason jars, 3x3.5g glass dispensary jars, a 7g glass dispensary jar (on side), 2x small 3.5g mylar packages, three small dosing capsule carrying tubes, a small aluminum container, a Tinymight 2 with small glass stem, 3x 18650 batteries, a small scale, a charging cable, a medium sized grinder, about a dozen boveda and integra packs in a small plastic bag, and a few spare parts (o-rings, screens), and I still have plenty of room in top lid if I wanted to throw some more stems, tools, etc n there.They hold a LOT but I ended up with three of the larges just as I like to spread my stuff out more for organization between product and gear, and I have a bit of gear (vapes, grinders, glass).The medium size is great for day trips/short overnights. Personally I think it is still rather small for primary storage unless you tend to keep only a small amount of product on hand at a time and/or maybe you are more of a joint smoker and don't have to also fit in dry vapes/chargers/stems, etc.

This case looks amazing and I love that it locks. It is not smell proof.

I have had this product for over a year and decided to do a candid review. This is probably one of the best cases I’ve owned to date. For what you pay you really get a great sturdy well made case that lasts. It has withstood drops, bangs and rainy weather and still functions perfectly. The zippers are very well made and the fabric looks as good as day 1. The case does indeed lock in the smells quite well. I would definitely re-buy this again.

Great quality case, I can’t smell anything until I open it completely, you could keep it shut and not sealed with the zippers and it would still hold the smell in.... high quality travelling pouch meant to last. Every time I pull this out Itsa flex thing. Best part is you can have a combination lock to keep shady mfs 👀 out.

Very satisfied with the large Stashlogix Silverton case I bought. Great quality and functionality, looks cool and I love that it locks. Yes, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. Glad I went with the large, it's actually smaller than I thought it would be but perfect for all my bottles, jars, grinders, etc.
