Cannoli Tubes Kit, Set of 12 Pastry Shell Forms Plus Round Cookie Cutter, 4.5" - Stainless Steel Canolis mold

I purchased these mostly as a temporary replacement to another set of cannoli forms that I already own, but did not have access to. They did work to create the scorza without a ton of hassle, but I don’t like how the form is not a solid tube. It’s essentially flat sheet metal that’s rolled into a circle but leaves a small space where the ends overlap and do not connect. My sister cut her finger on the edge while removing a cooled scorza. Additionally, I did not receive the 6” cutter with my package, even though it was advertised and even the box showed it on the cover.Overall, it got the job done. Washed easy enough.

Made cannolis with these 2 days ago. Good size & cannolis slipped right off after frying. Handwashed & handdried them. Finished cannolis were great. No complaints. They also arrived in the mail a day early.

I love it! Easy to us, easy to clean. Came in a clear plastic box where I store it once not in use.

Just opened package. Seems like a sturdy set. However, instructions say to heat oil to 375 C, definately a typo. Should be 375F. Hopefully the other instructions are correct.

I made cannolis for the first time this weekend and had a blast. The design made it easy to remove. If the shell was sticking to the form, I could squeeze the form and it would release. Those who were concerned that it wasn't solid tubes don't know what they're missing!

We've been having fun making cannolis for family and friends...I'm very glad I purchased these...

I was hoping it would be one solid piece but it has a crease and isn't that easy to wrap stuff around or clean.

cannot really go wrong with this product it is exactly looks and does what it says in the description. I don't use them for cannoli's but for molds for making brandy snaps. the cut is also great for making dumplings and pierogi. There was a small problem that came up with delivery, but the people were great and easy to deal with to get the issue resolved. great customer service.
