Wasn't sure that this would be a hit, but the combination of tactile/sensory and intellectually challenging really worked for our 8 year olds. Great gift! Only concern is that we'll need to replace the putty...it's easy to get them stuck together and then difficult to separate the colors. Also likely that they'll collect hair and other detritus. But I'm sure that any other putty-like material would work. Well worth the price.

Bought this a while back for Christmas. Went to wrap it this morning and saw a small cut on the box. Well all of the supposed to be included thinking putty is missing! Only the puzzle cards are included. What a rip off!!!!!!Update: I contacted Thinking Fun about the missing putty. They apologized and sent me the putty. It arrived after Christmas but better late than never.If your box looks even a little bit tampered with check it as soon as possible! And thanks to the game company for making this right for my kiddo.

My daughter (7) lovesssss this thing! Only complaint is the putty is not the easiest. If you put too big of pieces it easier to stretch, BUT then it ends up not fitting and touching other colors & then you have a total disaster. But if you put too small of pieces then it is so ha4dto stretch and keep nice while connecting. We LOVE Aaron’s putty that u buy to play with, but I just thing the consistency/ or size of board just isn’t quite the best. We have been wanting to try playdough and see how that works with it just out of curiosity. But regardless, it’s great. Great amount of cards! She hasn’t gotten through them all but I am positive they will continue to get harder and harder. I think this is a great gift for kids 6-10. Although from what I’ve heard the cards can get really hard towards the end so probably older as well! But I think it’s perfect for kids and then adults can help them when they’re farther into the deck if they struggle too much! The answers are on the back of the card which is nice just in case you do get stuck! But don’t cheat, that’s no fun! Lol

There are better maze games to get. great idea but the putty is messy and my kids list intrest quick.

This was a gift for my busy 12 year old son. It was the perfect mix of brain teaser and fun activity. It was even fun to have a couple people help work on some of the puzzles. Just make sure the colors don’t touch!

Bought for 8 yr old great granddaughter. Her mom said it was a great gift. They were going to use during play of "among us".

So many reviews mentioned the game not including putty so I hesitated buying it. But low and behold, ours came with putty. So it’s all good.
