Great pain reduction, but lift & relocate - slips...
I’ve interpreted for the deaf causing wrist troubles. This mouse helped me avoid putting pressure on the base of my hand, reducing pain. The only issue I had with the mouse is picking up the mouse to adjust the curser on the screen was difficult because the mouse is smooth and falls out of my grip. I stuck a cable holder with double sided sticky tape near my pinky so I have a catch to lift the mouse up adjusting for mouse location between two monitors. I wear a men’s large glove and find the grip angle and button function nicely located. They are easy to used & feel natural to manage.I’ve looked for a mouse with a better catch near the base to “lift and relocate” the cursor on the screen, but have not found any. I recommend this mouse because you don’t need batteries.

Upright and pain is outta sight!!
This was a steal at the price and Black Friday pricing. For the price of a regular 2 button with scroll wheel version you get this advanced model! This mouse is smaller than most but fits my hand and wrist with no issue. This size is recommended for small to medium sized hands. The mouse shape is designed in a shape to be very ergonomic allow my wrist to rest on its side using a gel pad. This mouse puts my wrist is in a much more natural position. I don't know whether the mouse or the pad but I do not experience the wrist pain at my age of approaching 50. I have been using mice since the Macintosh in 1989. I really appreciate the shape.

A little too big for my average-ish hand
Mouse just arrived today and I found that it's a little too big for my average hand. I have an average to slightly smaller than average hand/fingers and I find myself reaching for the left button and wheel causing strain in my hand/wrist.Not really the fault of the manufacturer, is just too big for me.Since the usage of this mouse requires your hand to 'straddle' it with your fingers on one side and your thumb on the other, you really don't have much of an option to make it work if you're blessed with average or smaller hands and use your index finger for the scroll wheel.I would say that if you measure your hand from the middle webbing between your index finder and thumb to your index finger tip pad while your hand is in a slightly relaxed position--the distance should be 3-1/2in or more for a comfortable fit. Measuring the mouse itself, the absolute distance from the back where your hand sits to the scroll wheel is exactly 3in--you will need more than this to enable scrolling and a slight bend if your fingers to have a comfortable fit.

Free your wrist
I like that this mouse is not a straight up and down vertical mouse. I've tried those and didn't find them super-comfortable. This is rotated about 45 degrees counter-clockwise off vertical. I find this to be a comfortable angle for all-day work at a computer. Mouse works extremely well for day to day activities and works okay with gaming. My hand is larger than most, so if I were having them custom make it, I would have them put the scroll wheel even with the front of the buttons, but I make it work now. Arm and shoulder do not hurt as much using this rather than the traditional mouse. As stated above, it really shines for day to day use. For gaming use, it leaves my wrist and shoulder feeling much better after hours of gaming. However, it is not as precise as my Razor Deathadder. However, I stopped using the Deathadder due to the arm pain, so not playing with pain means much more than the precision gained with Razor. I do hope they make one that is even more precise soon as I will buy that in a heartbeat.

May not be what everyone needs but works for me
My hands have caused me pain and tingling for several years and the pain has recently gotten worse. More noticeable in my right dominate hand. I use a computer at least 9 hours a day. I’ve tried wrist rest and high tech mouse pads no difference. After using this mouse I noticed a difference in a few days and after a month the pain in my hand is at least 85% better. Not really any difference in the tingling but I will take less pain. It may not be what every one needs but it works for me.

great for laptops!!
I hated not having a mouse for my laptop, so originally I bought a wireless one, but I had to change the batteries literally EVERY day, and that was infuriating. So I bought this, its corded so it gets its power from the laptop, and I am happily surprised! It is very comfortable to use, and it fits well in my hand. It is easy to set up and use, literally 20 seconds from box to hand! I'm not a fan of the colored lights, but that doesn't affect it's ability t be a great mouse, I'm just not one for bells and whistles. I am so glad I bought this and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a mouse !

Good for wrist pain
I'm rating the mouse at 4 stars. It feels great while holding and is easy to use. My only complaint is that my scroll randomly stops working. I've already checked all of the settings on the computer and it appears to be the mouse itself that has the issue. I had to switch from a regular mouse to this one due to daily use for work causing wrist pain. I've noticed that this mouse has helped reduce some of the pain. Just would be nice if the scroll would work all of the time.

Still great after a year.
This a great product. I’ve had this mouse for over a year now, and I love it. I’ll never go back to a standard mouse ever again. I work on a computer at least 10 hours a day, and this mouse has made my computer work much more comfortable. I wish I had bought one sooner. And like others have said, it does take some time to get used to. It took me a couple of days to really get used to it, but now that I have, the old standard mouse feels absolutely terrible.
