Dutch Master Daffodil 20 Bulbs - King Alfred Improved - 14/16 cm Bulbs

I ordered on 2/7 thinking i missed the season but will plant for next year. I got them on 2/10 and one was sprouting in the packaging. I planed right away. Now on 4/2 Every last one has sprouted. I wish I could share my photos but they are too high definition to be accepted. They are very hardy blooms that really stand out in the garden. My husband did not think much of daffodils until he saw them in the garden. Now he wants mass plantings.

These would have been great in my garden against gophers and moles but they never arrived.

10% of bulbs were pretty old. This was a very late seasonal purchase and I'm very happy with the opportunity to have them. Too early to tell if the 90% will bloom (I expect they will)! I only gave 4 out of 5 as I felt some discount should have been given. The other bulbs were large and beginning to spout.

Well.... It's kind of hard to rate bulbs because first you have to plant them and then you have to wait to see what comes up! King Alfred daffodils can't be beat for beauty and hardiness (I know these aren't 'actually' King Alfred but they are close enough) I am hopeful that these will be as spectacular as I think they are going to be!

When our local Boone, NC ran out of daffodil bulbs, we turned to the Internet, found your site, and planted the last sixty. Today, on the last day of Feb, the flowers are up seven inches high and they are about to bloom in the next week or so. Glad we found you and you have great bulbs.

These Daffodil bulbs were fantastic. I planted them and they yielded the most beautiful, large, and healthy blooms you could ever imagine. Well worth the money; in fact, a real bargain. Added a special touch to my already beautiful front yard. A real winner!! Every bulb grew and I look forward to seeing them next spring and ordering more for my yard.

I bought these in the spring to force them. They were mostly moldy and they did not bloom. The bulbs were a nice size. I will not be ordering from this company again.
