Q: Does it remove chlorine or metals?

Hi there. It removes both! The chlorine is removed by the activated carbon (the small particles you sometimes get when you first rinse your filter for the first time), and the metals are removed by the rest of our secret stages in the filter. After the metals are removed. The water is then remineralised with the safe stuff, to give you a the benefits and taste of mineral water.

HI there, thanks for the question. Filtering specific elements can be difficult therefore remineralising is needed. Regarding which minerals are re-added and why, we add Zinc, Selenium, trace potassium, magnesium which are common elements found in Mineral water. This also serves the purpose of alkalising the water as well as giving its taste.

Q: What is the filter media made up of? I'm trying to compare with others

Hi there, we have the usual activated carbon and ion exchange media that you'll typically find in most water filters. But we also have mineral balls and several other secret stages that remove fluoride and further filter the water.
