Whiteyboard 30004 Low Odor White Dry Erase Paint

This is tricky because I'm sure the finished product will indeed serve the purpose we need it for. However, the description is incorrect. First off, it says "no mixing".... well, there is mixing. You have to mix A & B together. Secondly, it says "one coat"... well, it needs at least two. Because the description is way off base, my initial order was not enough for the amount of space we needed to cover and I am now having to order 3 more cans to get that second coat on. This was a time sensitive project that is now behind schedule, thanks to the errors in the description.

Would not recommend this product. After applied it was really hard to erase, even with their own brand of markers and waiting 72 hours.Still struggling to find a good dry erase product. We had IdeaPaint for 2 years but now the wall has lots of micro cracks. Going to try others or cover the wall with glass.

horrible. frustrating. does not wipe clean unless you spend hours rubbing it. I did 2 cans on the wall and still does not work.

The stuff is great, and much more flexible/cost-effective than equivalent whiteboards you can buy. On the other hand, there's no way this can covers 50 sq.ft. Budget for half that, as multiple coats are necessary even on the smoothest of wall surfaces. Perhaps if your wall was made of glass it would cover 50 sq.ft.? But on a normal smooth wall surface, primed and all, expect this amount of product to cover about 25 sq. ft.
