Murrey Home Tempered Glass Cutting Board Set

I was looking for something to set upon my expensive kitchen counter tops and came across this product. The piece were really nice and allow me to sit a soiled dish or pan on it until I can get to it to clean---prevents scratching up the counters. Highly recommend these for kitchen or bathroom counters.

My only complaint is that rubber bottoms fall off easily. I purchased new ones and they stay on better.

I didn’t want plastic and we have butcher block counters that are hard to match. I wanted something easy to throw in the dishwasher. These do that, they’re really big. It’s a little weird cutting on glass but no concerns. There’s no lip to catch juices or water, that would have been nice. The feet don’t stay on so we got gorilla glue E-40 to reattach and that works perfect still 5 months later.

So I mainly wanted to use glass cutting boards because they don't develop little cuts on the surface where bacteria can grow since you can't easily clean out in those little cuts. My only issues with these glass cutting boards are that they put the textured side on top as the cutting surface and that they are a bit "noisy" to use. Having the textured side on top sometimes makes cutting small things with a "skin" like an onion as an example, a little bit of a problem since you can't cut all the way down evenly. Not sure if that makes sense, but it kind of forces me to have to slide things under the knife sometimes for the cut piece to separate from the rest. I know it might have to do with attaching the little rubber "feet" on them, but I do wish that the cutting surface was the smooth side instead of the textured side... The "noisy" issue is kind of expected from using glass, it's not really something I would take a star off for, but just wanted you to think about that in case it's an issue for you. When you cut down onto it, it won't be a soft "thud" like it would be on wood, it'll be a metal on glass clanking sound, so no midnight chopping when everyone's asleep, lol.

The four glass cutting boards were textured on one side and very good quality. However, their greenish tint clashed with my reddish countertop. I returned them with no problem. The customer service from this seller was excellent.

Easy to clean, fit in my dishwasher. Protect my granite countertops without hiding the beauty of the stone. Perfectly happy with my purchase.

They arrived in amble time for my needs. I if I was going to use these in a restaurant I'd like them in different colors.

I wanted to love these as the set was relatively cheap. The edges on the other hand were a totally different story. They felt sharp in areas and I felt I might cut my finger tip on them. I have three other glass cutting boards and all of them had a nice smooth edge. These must have gone through the glass cutter and sealer faster so areas were missed. Lastly, when they arrived the little rubber feet were off and glue was smeared all over the one side. They put 4 new rubber feet in the box rather then remove the glue and affix them there. No thank you!
