I am an adult with moderate scoliosis. I have always had bad posture and back, neck, and shoulder pain. I recently changed careers and I am sitting down most of the day. I never in a million years realized how painful sitting can be. I became so miserable and desperate that I began searching for some relief and came across this Back Posture Corrector. Once it was on, it took a few minutes to adjust to. The brace keeps your shoulders back where they should be which then keeps your neck from slouching forward. I am now sitting up straight at my desk and standing up even straighter. It is adjustable and comfortable. The shoulder straps are slightly padded, and the whole brace seems very well-constructed with good quality materials. Thank you Koulet for a brilliant product!

I really, reall, really want to love this product. It mostly does what it sets out to do. Generally comfortable - as comfortable as something like this can be, I suppose - it does wonders pulling my shoulders back helping me stand up straight. I wear it a couple of hours a day or so; short sessions throughout the day each until my muscles ache from proper standing. It does limit your ability to do some things while wearing it, but, I'd say that's a small price to pay for the improvement dedication in its use seems to be able to provide. Thanks for that!Now for my gripes, and one of them is a deal breaker. The abdominal brace doesn't stay in place well and has a habit of riding up causing the shoulder straps to not hold your posture straight as effectively. So I'm pretty consistently readjusting that part. Worse, the adjustable shoulder straps do a poor job staying adjusted to where they're started. Those loosening up all the time also diminishing the posture correcting properties at your shoulders. At least the shoulder straps are correctable in that once I put them to my desired adjustment, I put a staple or two in the strap to stop the buckles from moving. Sadly, at least for me, while this brace pulls my shoulders back it does nothing to straighten my neck along with them, as the product claims. I can do that my own, but I feel mislead. Finally, the deal-breaker is one of the elastic arm bands tore at the threading after a week or so of use. I've had to repair them to keep the product functional. I'm not okay with that!While this brace is okay for the money, if you haven't tried others, look elsewhere. For now I'll keep using this one since I already forked over the money for it... until it fully fails me or I feel spending money again on another such product.

Pretty good brace that I wear for about 30 mins a day at my desk at work. It's very adjustable and comfortable. I don't recommend wearing it much longer because it will get uncomfortable and will be hard to do many tasks. Be careful with the tightness of the straps because they can pinch nerves in your arms and back. Mine did not come with instructions so it took some time to figure out how to put it on. You may need someone to help you put it on the first time. Mine just came in a clear bag so I had to use this Amazon pic with the man wearing it as a guide.

it does what it says, first couple of days didn't help much now its been a week and have noticed a difference especially the way i stand and sit. Don't expect a miracle but it is comfortable i even slept in it ( forgot to take it off, well forgot I had it on) . I'm 50 years old and pains are a thing you have to live with so i have found. But this helps me to bend over and pick up something i have dropped , before i just left it and later used an old mans extended picker upper to retrieve it.. In other words it does help so buy it..

This product works well, it only took a few hours of wearing it to start to feel sore muscles. I struggled getting it on because I have poor range of motion on one side so I had to put that side on first. I wore it daily for a couple weeks for a few hours tucked underneath winter sweaters. It helped change how I sit in my office chair at work and how I feel overall at the end of the day. I need to start using this product again to continue to strengthen my muscles, retain better posture and reduce strain on my neck and back.

I got it but I order the largest size you had and it is a little tight on me. I am only 170 lbs so it really suprise me how it fit. For the price I am going to keep it and hope I lose enough wt. to use it. Really I think you should offer a X-Large

Product is not worthy even of a review. velcro from right to left does not hold properly, Product looks and feels cheaply made, smells rubbery. Never going to buy any of this again or recommend to a family or friend. I gave it a star because it helps a little with an upright posture.

I've used a few of these in the past, and this is by far the best one. Unlike others, the velcro doesn't make ANY sound if you bend over or cough or otherwise stretch your belly area. I wear this daily under my hoodie and nobody even knows it's there! It's very comfortable, but make sure you wear something thin under it or else the fabric can be irritating.
