The Patanjali Dant Kanti Natural Toothpaste 150 g / 5.29 fl oz Herbal Ayurvedic Fluoride-Free is really refreshing to use. The herbal formulation leaves my mouth feeling clean without the harshness of strong chemicals, and I appreciate that it’s fluoride-free. It has a pleasant, natural taste and seems gentle on gums while still effectively cleaning teeth.

This toothpaste works really well for me. It quickly reduces gum irritation and leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean thanks to the strong Ayurvedic herbal blend (neem, clove, miswak, etc.). I’m glad I found it and will keep using it for daily brushing. Important note on ingredients: The listing advertises this as “fluoride-free,” but the actual tube clearly states it contains approximately 924 PPM fluoride. I verified this directly on the manufacturer’s official site and Indian pharmacy listings. This is actually a good thing. Decades of dental studies (from organizations like the ADA and CDC) show that fluoride is one of the most effective ingredients for preventing cavities and strengthening enamel. 924 PPM is on the lower side compared to most standard US toothpastes (typically 1000–1500 PPM), but it still provides meaningful protection. According to the official Patanjali site, the Pan Flavour / Red version is the only major variant whose base materials do not list fluoride. All the other common variants (including Natural) contain fluoride. I would give this 5 stars for performance and the herbal benefits, but the inaccurate “fluoride-free” marketing on this Natural version is dishonest (likely aimed at people who mistakenly believe fluoride is bad). It’s still a solid toothpaste if you’re okay with the actual ingredients.

Had a unique taste which I liked more than other toothpastes. After I used it for a while, my teeth stopped being sensitive, teeth are also more white than they used to be. Solid product, I like it more than major name brands

Authentic product at a great price. It's one of the best gerbal oroduct without any fluorides or chemicals. It makes your gum and teeth stronger. I have been using this product for the last 7 years. It tastes good and cleans teeth without any harsh chemicals.

The very first evening, I could tell my teeth were whiter! And I could feel and taste all night the ginger and clove spice in my mouth, all night working. I love the spicy feel of the ginger!
