Depends what you are looking for. I don't think it would be any good for people with insomnia. However if you are okay getting to sleep this helps you get a good restful night and helps you feel as though you had a good nights sleep thr next morning. My wife, who suffers from anxiety, takes it when she is anxius and cannot get to sleep, this helps her drop off and relieves the anxiety. In my opinion it helps with the things mentioned in my review but if you suffer from insomnia I don't think it will help very well.

Best nighttime tea

I don’t usually like tea you don’t have with milk but I use this to drink in the evenings instead of tea with milk as it means I don’t choose biscuits/choc/cake to go with it!Very relaxing to drink.

These tea bags geniunly work for helping me feel tired in time for bed. Its now become apart of my routine! They are Light and pleasant tasting too.

The lavender smells absolutely devine and super calming. My only complaint is that it leaves my throat feeling kind of sore and has a mild curry smell sometimes...an I'm not a fan of curry haha! Love the oat and lavender. The rest I'm not a fan of. But quality tea and may suit someone's taste better then mine.
