Easy and does the trick
I live in a two story house, dad upstairs and me downstairs in a separate unit attached.I plugged in one wall unit upstairs and one down. He wears one of the bottons around his neck on the provided leash. The other just sits attached to the fridge. An easy push and my alarm goes off and his does upstairs too so he knows it works. He has learned to abuse it asking for ice cream but it is a life saver for immediate communication or help.I recommend this product.

Highly Effective and Easy to Use
We wanted some way for my wife to easily let me know when she needed my assistance while she was incapacitated and recovering from her medical treatment. This device really did the trick. With one of the buttons next to her bed and the other on her walker, she can easily call me no matter where I am in the house. She merely pushes the button and the strains of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons let’s me know I need to look in on her (or if you don’t care for Vivaldi, there are 50 or soother choices to use). The only improvement I would suggest to the maker is to include a list of these choices and make it easier to get to any one of them other than by cycling through all of them).

Works fine for a month now
This does exactly what I wanted. It lets my elderly loved one alert me when it is bathroom time. She understands what the sender does and has figured out how to use it. The chime is different than my wired or wireless doorbells so I can tell which one is ringing. I use one receiver upstairs and another down in the basement. We put the sender around her neck during the day and hang it on the bed's headboard at night. Who knows how long the battery lasts. We'll have the second sender to use while I try to change the first one's battery when it goes out. I have outdoor electric outlets and will use a cord to run the third receiver out in the yard during warmer weather. It would probably work when I mow the lawn if I could find a portable battery to plug it into.

Works(every time) very well. Loud, easy set up, rings the distance
The bell works very well. Easy to set up, loud, you can hear it very well in any location in our raised ranch home. Also the receiver can be plugged in to our unattached garage approximately 100-150 feet.away. User friendly for my mom who had a stroke & has . No ability to use right hand & limited on left. She is able to squeeze or grip , push the bell with ease. She is unable to communicate very well by voice so the alert from the bell makes it easy for us to tend to her needs. I haven't tried any other alerts (sound) except the door bellThe only draw back with doorbell / seems as thou it’s a common alert(noise) I jump when I hear a door bell on TV. In fact during a recent overnight stay in an upscale hotel... to my surprise, privacy signs are not used. All geared by in room wall controls-computerized for alerts , therefore the DOORBELL rang to deliver our requested item. Thought I got away from that for a night!!! I didn't realize you had to turn on/off alerts.Point being it really works... maybe try a different ring tone.

An Indoor Bell That Gets Your Attention!
We really like the Wireless Caregiver Pager Call Button Personal Help Alert Pager System. We moved my father-in-law with us 8 months ago and he lives in our downstairs area. He is mostly wheel chair bound after a stroke several years ago and needs help in and out of bed, the wheel chair, toilet, etc. We are not downstairs with him constantly, so we needed a way for him to let us know he required our assistance. The chimes are loud enough to hear several room over and you can change the chime to several different sounds to your preference. GREAT product and glad we purchased these!

Great for my elderly father
My 97 year old dad lives with us so we can take care of him. His room is on the other end of the house so if calls for me sometimes I can’t hear him. This is perfect. It comes with two plug in speakers and two buttons to press. I keep one button in his bedroom and the other in his bathroom. The two plug in speakers are in two different areas of the house. It’s easy for him, and helps alleviate my worries that I won’t hear him if needed. Best of all, the sound is not annoying. You have a choice of different sounds. I use the one that sounds like a pleasant doorbell.

Mother in Law loves it.
This product was a real good choice for the mother in law who is 95 and uses a walker. One of the sending units is on the walker and the other is on her bedside table. Both receivers are independently programable for each receiver. Works great and arrived when promised.
