ever since i had my 3rd child i suffered from neck and shoulder pain. it was to the point that i had a difficult time folding laundry. i was looking for something inexpensive and i came upon this product. just laying on it for about five/ten minutes before i went to sleep loosened to the tightness in my muscles and relieved the aches and pains. love it!
