Cake Boss Deluxe Nonstick Bakeware 11-Inch x 17-Inch Cookie Pan with Drop Zones, Gray with Red Silicone Grips

My fiance's mother has been baking millions of cookies at their house recently, so I thought she would love this pan. Now that it's here she hasn't made more cookies then she can handle she has made cookies even for the neighbors. I've even used this pan for baking chicken, ribs, and drying fruita multiple times this month alone, and it works really well for those! The pan is solid feels like a sword pan, with a good half-inch or so lip around the outside, nothing ever drips or leaks in this thing. With my older pans that are now gone, the juices dripped all over the interior of the stove when I pull the pan out of the oven because of the tilting and the flimsiness. This has never ever happened with this Cake Boss pan I swear I love it because It maintains shape, stability, and it looks so stylish with the red grips. Also, the nonstick is very easy to clean I've had to clean it multiple times so cookies may be made again

Not sure about these yet. Nice weight to them but I had a very difficult time getting my cookies just right. They either were completely under baked but bottoms were burned or completely under baked. I tried adjusting the oven temperature as well. I tried using a silicone mat with them and the cookies still do not come out quite right. I got frustrated and gave up on using them and went back to regular cookie sheets with silicone mats. I will retry when I don't have a ton of cookies to bake and I have more patience....

I LOVE these cookie sheets! I have been using them for months now and NO complaints. Cookies never burn and everything slides right off. In months the only way I have cleaned these is wiping with a damp cloth and they look perfect.The one weird thing is the ridges on the pan that show you were to drop the dough makes marks on your cookies. Normally this isn't a problem for me but if I'm making cookies for something that I really don't want the ridges showing I just line the pan with parchment paper.

Very nicely constructed and heavy-duty cookie pan! So much so that we bought the smaller version (10"x15") as well for us and as a gift for a family member. I'm not a baker, but my wife loves to bake. I just eat the final product. I can attest to very evenly baked cookies in every batch so far.The grips look kind of unnecessary, but they do provide much more "grippiness" when taking trays in/out of the oven with a regular oven mitt.

Oh my goodness. I love this cookie sheet. The fresh baked cookies can actually be lifted off the pan. They will slide right off. Do not grease the cookie sheet. I think it gets better the more you bake on it. If you don't have one don't hesitate to purchase this one. It has round marks where you lay the cookie and the size comes out just perfect. No guessing anymore...

If you like burnt cookies, this is the one for you.I love baking, I do it weekly and I have burned almost every cookie that comes off this sheet.I've moved position in the oven, I've turned down the heat, and baked them for less time. Nothing works.Not impressed, mine went in the trash.

These sheets burned my cookies even when I lowered the temperature. I even lower the temperature and it still burnt, not recommend it. I like that it tells you where to place the cooking but I still return to do 6 batches of cookie burning because of the pan getting too hot. Overall not worth the price.

Great Bakeware, I love how easy it is to clean and it looks great too!
