David McKee Elmer Series 10 Books Collection Set

I purchased these books because I wanted an English version of Elmer. I had a Spanish version for the past 15 years and it was always a hit for my students. I saw the collection and had to have it. It was a big hit with my students. They looked forward to me reading another Elmer story to them. It turns out that it was at the end of school. I used it as a carrot when they were acting up and it worked. They would settle down so I could read them another story. They were worth the expense and we all enjoyed the stories.

These books are absolutely delightful. Kids from Pre-school through second grade are enthralled with these stories. I have had paper Elmers made and the kids love to color their own Elmer. I volunteer in a kindergarten class and the kids can't wait for me to come each week with a new Elmer story. These books are a bit oversized but they are a paperback style so they might not hold up if the children were to handle them.

My son’s favorite series! He asks for them repeatedly. We love the vibrant illustrations & character lessons, subtly woven into the engaging stories.

Got two packs of this set to give out to my students. They love the story of Elmer, and were excited to have one of their own!

My daughter love the Elmer books. This is a great collection. Elmer has humorous and lovely personality, which is a great character for young children books. Love it.

Elmer is such an adorable elephant! Great stories with a good little message . I do not see anything offensive to anybody on the far right or left.

I initially planned on buying two hard cover Elmer books, when I realized I could buy 10 paperbacks for the same price. I expected small or normal-sized books, but these are BIG (roughly 10''x10'')! We got them today and already read 2 books because my 5-year old begged me to read an extra book -- the stories have great messages and the books are beautifully illustrated. We will read the rest the coming days.

got this for my 3 year old for bedtime stories and my 6 year old to read elmer is just awesome and his adventures and shenanigans are funny and a good read. With this value pack you cant go wrong
