One piece of crap stay away , in small print it say no batteries , no ding dong .no sd card if it don’t have all of this why to sell this garbage nothing but greed these people have this is going into the bin where all of it belongs in the first place .why would anyone pay for this without aLl the parts looks like I now have to read the vary small print

It never said anything about needing a door chime inside so I have the doorbell that has no noise inside my home.*** Last night I tried to hook it up and cant get doorbell to connect.

When buying these doorbell cameras, make sure you READ everything. When purchased this, I assumed it came with the batteries. The first one I purchased, it was another brand, it came with batteries but no chime. And there was no other chime I can purchase to hook up. Anyways, this one had a chime but no batteries and it was very hard for me to find batteries. Some said you buy batteries with the flat top. Other said, the one with the tip was fine. So, just make sure to read everything.Motion and night vision works just as it should.

Bought one, replaced it thinking I got a lemon the first time. First of all, it did not come with batteries. I had to pay another $20 for batteries and still could not set it up. Finally sent both units back, spent a little extra and bought the real Ring at Bestbuy and had no problem setting that one up. Lesson learned, go cheap, spend more.

This my second time buying. I bought the Ring when I kept hearing its was the best.....yeah right🤣😂 I got the Ring and compared the camera views....not even close. I'll take knock off anyday. Look at the screen shots I attached. The response time is far better than the Ring. First time I couldn't figure out how to get it to save videos to my video card. YouTube cleared that up. Awesome device. I can see who it is at my door. That fisheye look from the ring is garbage.....IMO

Like the camera quality and instant notifications But, batteries needed to be charged daily. I’m sending back because Too much of am inconvenience to take part just to change and charge batteries too often. And yes the batteries are included with this.

I’m wondering if I should send it back because the batteries that are in it are dead ! How can I test it out?I am also finding out that this is a defective door bell because everything that walk pass sent to set my Bell off can you explain this .

Only works when plugged into phone power cord . Tested batteries they are Good ! Cost $ 100.00 to get Geek Squad to hook up , now it doesn't work . I am returning it !

Works well but the battery last less than 2 weeks. That is because the motion detector picks on passing pedestrians. The battery charger and the batteries are not included. Thos should be mentioned.

I returned the product and obtained a refund because of the above. I purchased it because my wife is disabled and thought it could help her to decide whether to open the front door or not. However, it only works via WiFi to a mobile phone and gives no indication in the house, that there is someone calling at the street door. So not a suitable product for my needs.

The product is good and works perfectly but I made a mistake on not searching around when I could have saved my self as much as £25 on the advertised price

Very disappointed didn’t come with door chime or batteries having to buy batteries separate which is an extra £11 on top of price.. tried to contact amazon that was a waste of time:
