Very nice build TV. Good response, user-friendly.Picture quality is awesome. Sound is good, you don't need a additional speakers. I am happy with the tv speaker itself. Earlier I used a home theater with my LG 32 inch TV.WiFi reception and voice assistant is excellent.It will be truly awsome to watch online content than the channel programs.Quality of the product is looking good, not cheap materials. Remotes are not as good as LG. But build quality of remote is not that bad. Remotes function is pretty good. Obviously you cannot compare with another brand. This product is best in compared to other products in terms of technical aspects and build quality. I was waiting for few reviews, before buying this tv. Finally, I went through few and ordered this. It is really worth for money. I would strongly recommend this tv, if u like to buy an Android TV.

A TV full of all qualities. 4K resolution, Chromecast, full official Android, HDMI, sound quality and 2 remotes with sound detection, Google etc.The only and biggest disappointment is absence of Amazon Prime 😒. Even you can't install it.

I had purchased a 49” BPL TV on 25.07.2019.On 09.07.2020 all of a sudden i see the screen flickering every second + there is a dark line on the top across the screen.There’s a year warranty on the tv.I called BPL Customer care on 09.07.2020 spoke to Sapna, she says she will arrange a technician to check in next 48 hours, ( Complaint no.: R200711THA28123 ).No one turned up at my place.From then on i have been constantly calling BPL Customer care every day & the responses i get is that the technician will come by EOD.But till date no one has come.Multiple instances of BPL Customer Care advisors Sapna & Prakash disconnecting the call on me.Today is the 10th day no technician has come, i am really frustrated and i will be filing a case in consumer court if this is not resolved by BPL.Today 21.07.2020 I called and spoke to Sapna @BPL customer care she said wait till today when I called at 17:00 IST she took my details and hung up the call, when I called again she heard my voice and hung up again saying “1 min please”.“PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BPL PRODUCT”Product details.:- BPL 123 cm ( 49 inches ) 4K Ultra HD Official Android LED Smart TV T49AU26A ( Black ).- Model no. I am very happy with the product..BPL product are really good...I was confident about quality of product when I ordered..when concern person came for tV installation, he said this is first android led TV having 49 inch, i got afraid about quality but after installation and demo got relief...PRoduct is really good..4k Picture quality is really awesome, and sound is gr8..overall product is very good and at such a less price...I am using from 8 days..its working fine...Product was packed very well..Amazon delivered it within time..I will definitely prefer to buy....

Earlier I had Sony . Now purchased this TV honestly writing my review here. Picture quality is ok ok,there is no optical cable only AUX.they won't provide Audio cable, I connected my home theater JBl 250 home theater through aux . Problem with aux port in TV while watching HD channels sound disturbance.normal channels it work proper. Only you tube Chromecast we can do.No Amazon prime app. Bought 4days back one time got hanged.

I'm pretty satisfied with the television...it's a value for money buy. I had a friend who works with BPL who recommended it saying they maintain great standards with respect to quality. Initially once I got the TV home, I felt the clarity of channels was not great, but once I subscribed to the HD channels, they were good. He infact came home with a video to show what the original effects of a 4k can be.I'm pretty happy with the decision ....an LG /Samsung which I was planning to buy costs 60000 vis-a-vis this tv which is at 34000. The major parts are apparently manufactured by the same players for all major brands. What largely differs is the assembly, packaging and branding. It's now close to a month since I have been using it. So far, I really have no complains!

I expected more from BPL. I am facing issues with screen and IR remote. I already raised my issue with customer service and was told technical agent will visit. However, he didn't arrive. Again, after waiting for few days, again I requested customer care to solve my issue. Customer service is below average. I guess I made a mistake by purchasing BPL TV.

Product is good in all perspectives except in connecting wifi. An intermittent issue to connect WIFI while watching a program with the help of internet. Doing Shutdown and restart TV then its connecting properly. Weekly once I am doing this. It's only a disappointment to me on this product.
