I love this heating pad, it’s the softest & longest I’ve ever used. This is my 2nd Anbber heating pad. It has six (6) levels but I’ve never put it above level three (3) for my back. It goes from 110 - 160 F I like that it has a 120 min. safety shut down. I have to admit I do fall asleep on it in my bed because it’s wonderful. The moment you press the On button it takes approximately 30 seconds to heat. I have one in my living room and one here in my bed. I have it propped up on pillows so I can watch TV as it relaxes my muscles. It is so velvety soft. My legs inseam is 36 inches long and it totally encased my leg if you’ll look at the picture you’ll see it. I have osteoporosis in both my knees & I can totally wrap them up and use the elastic strap that comes with it to keep it in place. The heat penetrating from front & back of my knees is incredible!It is velvety soft and no bumps or knots in the electric cord to hurt you. I have Fibromyalgia so I’m very sensitive, my hubby says I’m the “Princess” from the fairytale “The Princess & the Pea” meaning I feel every little bump. So I truly mean it when I tell you that this heating pad is soft & comfortable!You can even take the plug loose from it & put it in the washer on extra gentle cycle. I recommend hand washing in a big sink or the tub & rinse it using your shower head if it’s moveable. I’ve already washed my 1st pad two times. I’ve also spot cleaned it many times too. I’m a messy eater and it stays on the couch. I’m just being honest and being able to get the smell of BenGay out is also nice. It will last longer if you keep it out of your washing machine, just my thoughts.I highly recommend this heating pad!

I'm thrilled with this SOFT, flat heating pad. Not like the old plastic ones that has big lumps in it. This pad detaches from the cord completely, as it is my understanding that it can actually be thrown in the washing machine. Incredible. The detachable cord can be aggravating as the plug part is larger but on the side, but depending on where your power gets plugged in could be inconvenient. This thing is not supposed to be plugged into an extension cord due to the power surging through with all of that heat, so bear than in mind whn considering purchase. I am a large and tall person -- 5'10" and heavy. This ultra large heating pad has no problem reaching both my shoulders, hips, and sacrum all at the same time. What a wondrous thing that is. I almost always sleep on my side so it easily accommodates my side. If I lay on my back it is a perfect fit, but only if I'm centered on it. What I"m trying to say is if it were 6" wider there would be some wiggle room. Anyone of average weight will be delighted with how roomy it is. I'm extremely pleased with this heating pad. OK a few more things: if you put setting on highest, which is 6, you're going to get burned. Use 6 only for "pre-heating" your bed, but only needs to be on for 5 minutes or so to quickly heat up. 4 is close to too hot. Last thing: IF pad gets unplugged from cord, you have to unplug it from the wall before you can set heat. Simply plugging plug back into pad won't work. The "unplugging" has happened only rarely, so don't worry.

Bought this on 21 January 2020,it was delivered on 23 Jan and 3 days after the last day to return (today, 25 Jan) , it died. Gone. Kaput. It lives no longer.I will say that it’s a VERY generous size, it heated up quickly ( and got a little too hot in my opinion) and the material is very soft. But I’m trying to figure out why I’d give it any more stars than the 1 I’ve given it if it only lasts 1 month and 4 days!Do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Go to the local store that carries heating pads and get one there. I bought one 2 years ago and it’s still perfect. Perfect!** An update: Amazon was GREAT about the return. The representative I spoke with was very understanding and as it was only 3 days past the return date she told me to send it back after she sent a return merchandise authorization.I have to say that 98% of the time when I call Amazon with a problem with something they are just wonderful about helping me. Their customer service is outstanding and this is from the perspective of a woman who spent her entire career with an major airline at various airports in front line customer service.So 98% is pretty good, I’d say.

I have chronic pain so I live with my heading pad every day. This is by far the softest, largest, and warmest heating pad I have ever used to date. I'm 5'4" and this pad covers the entirety of my legs when I lay down, so it's great for my knee and nerve pain. I also bring this with me when I have to receive IV fluids and it helps keep my arm warm and helps with the pain from where the peripheral IV is placed.PROS:- Huge heating pad- Soft fabric- Quilted/padded- 6 heat settings- Auto shut-off- Comes with velcro strap- Washable- Moist heat optionCONS:- The controls box (the part where you change temp) can sometimes heat up a lot if you're not careful- It might be too hot for some people, so test it first.- It's rather large so it's not the easiest thing to take on-the-goOverall this is a great product and I definitely recommend it over the other heating pads I have tried!
