I am such a fan of lime- I have it in my water, add it to cooking, it's delicious and healthy. I was thinking that these containers would be perfect for being in the fridge- not taking up too much space. Well. I was correct- but sadly the container is only 4 ounces, not the 7 ounces that is described. Expensive mistake, not very nice.

You feel the acid on your tongue and then it hits you at the back of the palate. American lime gets a A+ for rich lime softness.Next Sicilian Lime. Oh my god....the first thought is mellowness. My next thought is a lazy afternoon in the summer heat of the romantic island of Sicily. This is not that acidic nor sour. It is gentle but you absolutely know that it is lime. Just a wonderful flavor. I could see it adding freshness to any meal or drink. It gets an A+ for freshness in a brightly flavor liquid that imparts lime flavor without being so tart. I highly recommend this at double the American lime price.American lemon....easily just plain sour. Great on a freshly cooked fish. Easily recognizable to our American taste buds. Grade B.Sicilian lemon...what a disappointment. I would call it flat. Yes. it has that mellowness like it's brethren but no sparkle, no bugles, no timpani. Grade, a poor C-.

I have tasted several brands and origens of lime juices and this is the best one I've ever bought, It really tastes lime, it really smells lime and does not contain citric acid (or if it has it, it does not taste). Fully recommended if you like to drink lime water, lime sparkling water or lemonade.
