This knife has come in handy time after time while skinning my deers. Extremely sharp out of the package. Once you get a slit on the hide you just simply slide it down the spine and it cuts like butter. It has a textured handle so you get have grip while getting messing. I’ll continue to use my Edge on every deer I harvest.

Good value. Very sharp. Haven’t resharpened yet cause it hasn’t dulled. Good ergonomics. Most importantly, it makes quick work of what it’s supposed to be used for.

Cut great

This knife work really well for field dressing two deer. The handle is of good size, easy to grip & control & is bright orange so it’s not easily lost if you set it down. The blade was not too long, the tip is blunt/round so you don’t puncture organs/intestines, blade curves upwards so slightly so as you lift up it starts to cut which gives it a “zipper” like action. Paired this with edge razor knife and it made field dressing move fast. My son did the field dressing on two deer, it was his first time ever, he had only watched me do it in past years. I think the company should include this knife into their knife sets.

This knife is kinda cheap and will dull easily but it has worked great for me. I bought for elk hunting but raise goats and has worked great for them. I’m decent at sharpening so it’s not a big deal to me

Works well

Great gut hook knife. Sharp as a razor. But it does not have a sharp point necessitating carrying two knives. One to pierce the belly and then the gut hook to slice it open. So, what I did was slowly and keeping the blade wet and cool, was to grind a two-sided point. Then using a diamond grit sharpener, I made both sides of the points sharp. Now I can use one knife to field dress a deer.

This is the best knife upgrade I've made in a long time for hunting. We skin three to four white tail deer per year and the amount of Labor saved with this is incredible. It's not the same as a hook knife it's 10 times better. I'll never not have one and my buddy watched me use it and immediately went and bought one as. Try it and you won't ever put it down.
