Good value! Bought this for my daughter, everything works just like the Apple/Samsung…except this one is way much cheaper. Affordable price&effective funtional

We are T mobile customers, so I thought this would be a nice replacement phone for my son. After unwrapping it on Christmas day, he quickly realized that this phone is crap. He spent more than 2 hours of trying to get an Android keyboard set up, finding a setting screen, and attempting to get necessary apps. installed, he gave up. There is NO tech support, or anything online about this phone. We will be sending this back ASAP.

Would not work with AT&T as stated spent 2 hours at the AT&T store trying to get it up and running to no avail nothing but a headache with this useless phone save yourself the time and trouble and don't buy this junk

Totally disappointed with this would not work with At&t. I even took the phone to At&t store and they couldn't get it to work was not compatible and it wasn't a true Note 9 so disappointed
