High quality and durable
These straws hold up much better than other paper straws we have tried. They can be in a drink for a significan amount of time before starting to soften. They do not have a paper taste and do not disentegrate when chewed on by our children. Family approved and great for the enviroment.

As Advertised!
These straws are packaged well, and are sturdy. They maintained their integrity when I used them to drink a smoothie, and they did not get soggy and soft. I like that they are environmentally friendly. The paper mouth feel takes some getting used to, so I may use them for arts and crafts projects. However, it is a great product that most should find very useful.

A Brand You Can Trust
I've been purchasing these for many years. I love that they are biodegradable and happy that they stand up for multiple drinks. I have a home bar and when company comes over, they are a hit! I love that they have a natural color and the size is perfect for all drinks! I use them daily. A quick-fix when I'm on the run and they don't get all mushy or fall apart. Super easy, fast and refreshing! A+++++

Big improvement - tastewise - over silicon & metal
I use straws for bevs for tooth maintenance. But I hate to use disposable plastic straws - remember the tortoise photo? So I started using metal & then silicone straws. They were fine the first few times but: metal can smash your teeth up, silicone is still plastic: both cons. PLUS - they taste terrible after a few uses. Yes - they are dw safe - but they end up tasting like soap, and I'm not too confident about how clean they are really getting. So after having an excellent & rare treat from the local coffeteria I realized they had the cure. They had really good paper straws. So I ordered these: Naturalik 300/1000-Pack Extra Durable Brown Paper Straws Biodegradable- Premium Toxin Free Paper Straws Bulk- Drinking Straws for Juices, Restaurants and Party supplies, 7.7" (Brown, 300ct) - and they have been GREAT! Keep in mind: they are made from paper. They will not last. BUT the taste of the coffee, tea, juice has been so much better. And will keep your teeth more protected from acidic drinks. And will degrade within the next few years, months or sooner. I do compost these. I recommend these.

Great straws. Well-made. I just wish they were slightly bigger in diameter.

Great for you and great for the environment
I find it funny that a lot of people think that paper straws are ALL flimsy. Of course, what restaurants use likely are that way. But THESE are sturdy and even after sitting in a glass of water all day, they still do the job. Add in that they are (a) relatively cheap and (b) compostible, what are ya waiting for? Buy these for the kids or elderly or disabled people in your life.
