Screen Maybe Defective
Update- The customer service is great, the offered to replace the watch. I chose not to because I had already ordered a different one. I cannot comment on the quality of the product.Received 1st watch and it has black spots around edges underneath the watch screen, it interferes with the watch face and is a blemish that cannot be overlooked. Returned and ordered another one, same scenario but the blacks spots are in a different area. I just asked for a refund and returned the 2nd watch.

Its ok watch.
Well i do like hat you can hear other calls but you cant really text. The app keeps giving advertising. Now my phone wont stop vibrating. The watch makes beeping sound when I have my media connected. I am deciding whether to keep it or ask for refund. And notifications stay on the screen even after you dismiss it.

Not the best
I thought it worked with my phone automatically but found out it didn't, then the battery life was terrible. It literally died within the first hour. I hate to give bad reviews but what's true is what's true.

we couldn't get the watch off of military mode. The directions were poor and when we called for help, no one knew how to switch the setting. We had to return.

Nice watch but the instructional menu is not user friendly. It also doesn't seem to accept my sim card
