Nice looking Kitchen Faucet for the price.
Installation went pretty easy until I realized that the Water Hoses Hot / Cold were reversed.Installed the unit hooking up the lines, blue striped hose to cold and red striped hose to hot as normal. Tested and had hot water when I moved the handle to the right. Oops, somebody screwed up and it wasn't me. Crawled back under the sink and reversed the lines and it works good so far. No leaks. My Wife then pointed out that the little red/blue decal on the unit was blue on the left and red on the right. Looked at the Box and the picture on Amazon and it's the opposite. Maybe I got a one off unit or it was Dyslexia day at the factory in China. For the money it isn't too bad. It is stylish and the mechanism is as smooth as more expensive name brand units. Time will tell if it holds up. I would have rated it four Stars if not for the backwards hose issue.UPDATE: Changed rating to four stars after using it for a few days. My Wife loves the stylish look and smooth operation. They have a great return policy, but it isn't worth the trouble taking it back out and packing it up because the little decal is backwards. One other thing. Did not receive the User Manual that is listed as included on the Product description.

looks good, but doesn't last
IUpdate: After almost 11 months, I'm afraid I must lower my approval. The location of the handle has been annoying; I was used to a front handle, and it seemed that I spattered water all over every time I turned it off. But that was just my preference. Yesterday, I turned on the faucet and nothing came out. My husband took it apart, and it's a plastic ball that sticks. He fixed it, but today it's stuck again. This was cheap enough that I'm not angry, but less than a year is pretty short-lived.It looks good with the It's too new to speak to durability. The body is metal, but the sprayer arm is, of course, plastic. But it's plastic that looks good. Another reviewer said that he/she appreciated that the water didn't splash. I thought that was kind of weird, but it's actually spot on. My husband wanted to remove the aerator because the water doesn't come out very forcefully. But it comes out just fine, and if you want more force you use the spray function--but it doesn't splash all over. So it sounds strange, but I like it. The water lines weren't reversed. There was no instruction manual, but the instructions are on the amazon page. My husband had zero problem installing it. I hope it lasts, because I like it. But if it doesn't last, well, it was a third of the price of my last faucet, so easily replaceable. The only thing I don't like is that the head drips for a few seconds every once in a while. edit: There's nothing wrong with the faucet. But after having a high arc faucet with the handle on the bottom, this handle is super annoying. My wet hands drip water when I turn it off. I don't believe I'll be able to get used to this.

Driving me crazy
This is a well made faucet for the price, pretty easy to install. I originally rated it higher but had to drop it to one star because after using it for a while it's driving me nuts. It's fine if you want all hot or all cold water, but if you want warm water there is an absolutely microscopic area where all the mixing occurs, very frustrating to move the handle a tiny little bit and have the temp go from all hot to all cold or vice versa.

Great Kitchen Faucet
This is a quality faucet, Good looking, easy to use. One disappointment, there were no instructions for installation or use, or warranty, inside the box. Faucet was enclosed in a nice cloth like bag. I made a note of the company name, model number in case I have a issue later on. It was easy to install, I just wasn't sure which rubber and chrome washers went where.

Not a do-over job
the product itself SEEMS very good in size and weight. However, the hot/cold water lines are mixed up, lack of directions, and more importantly - for me - there's no base plate and no mention of one not being included; short of Amazon advertising a mixture of additional related products to buy, as they do when you buy shorts and they suggest socks and a t-shirt. Nevertheless, I ordered the base plate suggested by Amazon and have to wait another 4 days to get it (Amazon Prime Member), so the kitchen will be in limbo till then. As for the company of the faucet, update your advertising and I'll adjust my rating form a 1 to a 5. Until then, I don't have time for this type of omissions.

Really like that it slows the water pressure coming out so you don't get splashed
It looks beautiful and instead of hitting the sink right in the center of the drain where my larger older faucet hit it is a little shorter. Also I like that it will swing almost all the way from side to side so you can get it out of the way.The one thing I am having a issue with is the spray handle does not seat in the faucet base snugly it is a little floppy.I also purchased it without the base plate and wish I had got that too, not all plates fit all faucets so my old one does not fit well.

Good quality for price.
Although I ended up returning this item, it was not due to its workmanship. It just wasn’t tall enough for what I wanted it for. It seemed very well constructed and definitely a lot cheaper than what I end d up using.

looks like the brand name more expensive ones
not difficult to install, looks good. the steam not powerful (no restrict ring/filter to remove). The spray is powerful enough. I guess it is good for water reservation.
