Suitable for all stages of injury. I tore my anterior ankle ligament clean through last year and have been using this wrap since the beginning. For compression for intitial swelling and pain, when not wearing a walking boot, to keep it stable and stop it from aching, hanging limp, and shortening my Achilles tendon while sleeping, for pain relief and extra support while in recovery.. I carry one everywhere I go and put it on when I get sore. I wear it for extra stability when doing something kind of active (active is relative when recovering from a bad injury lol) or walking on uneven terrain. I used a single one every day for a year and it’s still good to use. I only bought a new pair because it finally started looking a little ratty from all the use and abuse I gave it. I wear skirts and shorts and ankle length pants so it shows and I just wanted a fresh looking ones. I didn’t need to replace it for function though. Still perfectly usable Separately, I developed an autoimmune disorder recently and it’s fantastic relief for the swelling and discomfort in my ankles from that too. They’re comfortable. You can wear it all day with or without socks without irritation. Doesn’t rub against the skin or up against a bone in any uncomfortable way. It fits in sneakers easily and also some ankle boots I have that are only slightly roomy around the ankle. This would be all you need for a minor sprain— replaces both ace bandage wraps and braces with moderate support. The best thing about it is the adjustability. You can have low, moderate, or high compression and also control how it wraps/where it sits on your foot. Much more customizable than other braces available and you can adjust throughout the day depending on how it feels. Unlike other braces, my ankle never gets sore wearing this for extended periods of time. The price is amazing. This is something good to have on hand too for any ankle twists or minor injuries too. No need for ace bandages. Fits everyone including older children.

I bought this because I sprained my ankle really badly. When I went to the Doctor, they gave me a cheap ace bandage. It didn't feel like it was doing anything. I started searching on Amazon and came across this gem! I ordered it and was so happy I did. It works great. The material is very thick and supportive. It is very comfortable to wear. It is also easy to take on and off.

These are the best ankle supports I have ever had. They are comfortable. They’re easy to put on and off and they give me the right amount of support for my ankles. And you get two of them in the package not only is it great quality, but it’s also a great purchase price wise.

There are a few features that I like. One is the ease with which one can slip this onto a sore sprained ankle. I contrast this with the sausage-casing inspired design of some other products. Just try to get a badly swollen ankle and foot into a compression sock or something of similar design. It's not a pleasant experience. This product design is a bit more sensible. I do find fault with the packaging and the instructions on the package. It follows the pattern of a well-know computer company named after a common fruit. You have all this wasted white space, diagrams that are too small, and text that is minuscule. People older than 20 do sprain their ankles, and even though my vision is fine, this was a chore. Whenever I see packaging with 4-point text in light grey on a white background I have to chuckle and curse at the same time. So this isn't light grey on white, but it can't be more than 4 point text and is perhaps smaller. This illustrations are pretty useless unless you magnify them, and that shouldn't be necessary. If you know how to wrap a sprained ankle you will do fine, but if you don't, you may be better off buying an ACE bandage, and looking at one of a multitude of YouTube videos that provide options for how to apply said bandage. The other more minor issue is that there is a soft plastic bead on the inner/contacting surface. Other than allowing you to remove any hairs you might have on your lower leg, I'm not sure that this has any other positive function. It's a pretty neutral product. There are some design positives. It does provide support. It can presumably be washed after multiple uses. I used it twice and then went back to an ACE bandage.

This is very nice to use and easy to wear. You can adjust the strength as per your liking and can wear for long durations. The elastic is nice and at least for me does not create any skin issues. I normally put put some moisturizer, wear a sock and then wear this on top it, so that I do not get skill irritation. Overall, very good for my need.
