Clear case for iPad Pro 11 inch 2018 2020 Model (2018 Clear)

I’ve been very happy with this cover for my 2018 11” iPad Pro. It does yellow in places after time, and there’s a spot where it must get hot at times because it’s brownish. This is my 2nd clear flexible cover (my first was a different “brand” and seller but probably the same product). It’s lightweight and makes the iPad much easier to hold. I bought this one in December 2019, so it has the small camera cutout for the 2018 model (I don’t understand why the company now says it’s for any iPad year, since the 2020 style camera cutout would be way too big for my 2018 model!)I haven’t had any problems with the charging cable staying connected, so it sounds like they changed the design since my purchase well over a year ago. I don’t have problems charging Apple Pencil, but it does state that the point needs to be down, not up (not my preference since if it’s knocked loose it would most likely land on the point, but I don’t usually keep the pencil attached so hasn’t been an issue for me).Overall, it’s been a good purchase and I am planning to buy a new one - although if I receive the huge 2020 camera cutout for my 2018, I will return it. The company surely knows it is NOT the same.

This case was a nice fit for my iPad Pro 11 inch. It covers every corner of the tablet (including the area where the Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) would go). Although it covers the location for the Apple Pencil, it does not hinder it’s ability to charge. It charges just fine whether I have the pencil positioned with the tip facing towards the volume buttons or the opposite direction. The case is very light weight. It’s like holding the iPad with a really smooth back which is why I bought the case initially. I didn’t want something that was too bulky so this was a good choice for me. Now the case is easy to hold, however I gave it a 4/5 stars because sometimes the case becomes slippery or hard to grip. This isn’t too bad and it occurs very rarely. It’s just something I’ve noticed whenever I do use the case (seeing as I switch cases from time to time depending on where I am taking my iPad). I give it a 1/5 stars for durability because although it covers the perimeter and back of the device, it does nothing fro the screen. The case itself is really thin plastic so if the device where to fall this case will not be a good protector. The case is also bendable which is an odd flex but the flexibility does allow for the iPad to be easily removed and put into the case. Overall, this was a good purchase for me.

In terms of protection, this thing definitely deserves 5 stars. It doesn't block the camera but at the same time just know that the camera lenses of the ipad do stand proud relative to the camera opening, so pray you don't drop it in that area. The one thing that really bugs me is that none of my 3rd party USB-c cables fit through the opening of this case. The case lip around the power port can be shoved a bit to the side to make it fit, but it looks kinda ghetto. Other than that, this is a good product overall.

Turned yellow after about a year and a half. Also not crazy about the feel of the plastic. It always feels oily no matter how often I clean it. Either way, pretty good case for $6. At that price you can just replace it every year.

There are two things I don't like about this1. The case gets yellow2. If you want to charge your ipad, you have to take off the case, the hole for charging was not designed properly.But consider this price, I think the product is okay

This is perfect.I also have the keyboard cover, but I find it uncomfortable to hold the iPad Pro 11inch either without the keyboard cover or with it. Neither is good.But this case makes it comfortable to hold the iPad Pro, and best for my use: I am going back and forth between the keyboard cover from Apple for when I'm likely to want to type, but if I'm just going to read and mark things up for awhile it's super easy to detach that keyboard (magnetic) and just slip this cover on. This cover fits great but it's not super tight which is perfect for being able to put it on and take it off with ease.This is well made and fits perfectly. Simple, well designed product.

Just got this today and I love it so far. I’m not a fan of bulky iPad cases and I don’t need a keyboard case right now. I just want a case that protects the back and doesn’t hide the sleek look of the iPad Pro.This case checks the main boxes for me. The Apple Pencil 2 charges when attached to the outside of the case and it protects the back, including the camera (barely).Update - I'm slightly disappointed that the charge port area is a bit small. I have an Anker USB-A to USB-C cable that I was using on my nightstand for overnight charging. That worked fine prior to this case, but it's a bit too big to fit in the charge port with the case on. The regular Apple cable works fine though.

As far as appearances go, this case looks good. It's thin, lightweight, and still allows the Apple Pencil to charge with the case on. I have a silicone case for my pencil, and it won't charge with both the case on the pencil AND the case on the ipad, but as said, if you aren't doubling up on cases, it charges fine. The pencil still sticks to it though.The 4 stars is due to the fact that *most* of the USBC cables I have will NOT fit through the punchout this case has, and so I'd have to peel the bottom portion of the case off to charge or to connect other USBC devices to it.

Exactly what I was looking for. Charges Apple Pencil quickly. Love it.
