I am about 140 pounds and 5'1, wear a 36D, and wear a size 8 in pants. I got a size 10-14; I would not go any smaller - the fit was good. I would think you'd want a size larger. I would not get the slip that is shown as it was too full; I tried it but returned it. I just wore a white golf skort underneath; not as "sexy" but much more comfortable and flattering.
