Hello. Cat here. My mom is too busy being very frustrated about the window seat she bought for me and my brother. She was so excited to put it together she waited for our human brother to get home from school. I guess the PVC pieces were too long and wouldn’t line up property. She actually cracked both tee sockets trying to make it work. I have no idea what any of this means because I’m a cat. She said a lot of swear words though. Eventually she got it work and held the broken pieces with duct tape. Why do they call it duct tape? Does it quack? I want to eat ducks. Anyhow, my brother and I LOVED the paper that came in the box. Meow.

Sweet Feline Bliss!!!
I just purchased this and wanted to immediately post a review about how darn stinking awesome this product is!!!! My little Zoey is loving this perch and I love it because she isn't lying on my dining room table or on the back of the sofa. I actually purchased 2 of these and added a cushion from Hero Dog, Dog Bed Mat Crate Pad Anti Slip Mattress Washable. I ordered the small one and it fits perfectly upon the perch. There are no cons at this time but should anything negative arise I will post an update pronto. I would highly recommend you follow their instructions to a "T" when prepping both the surface of the glass as well as acclimating the suction cups.I am absolutely tickled pink that she is using this and as soon as the 2nd bed/mat arrives I will set the other one up for my lover boy Casanova. Here's a link to the mats I bought which I also really like as I have the larger versions for my dogs.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073FJK2Q6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1UPDATE:It just keeps getting BETTER!!! The other mat I purchased arrived and now Mr. Casanova is using the other perch!!!! Also one of our Mini Aussies jumped up on one of the perches to see what all the hub-bub was all about...Mr. Blue weights around 28 to 30 pounds. I'm loving the fact that both Casanova & Zoey have a place up high and can nap in the sun.

Surprisingly Good Value
I have two cats that like to "supervise" as I work from home. They also like watching and chuffing at birds. This ended up being a great solution to getting them up off the desk (read: my keyboard) instead of having to shut them out of the office all together while they whine and scratch at the door. I wasn't expecting the suction cups to actually be sturdy enough without some kind of reinforcement, but didn't want to spend upwards of $40 on a different model if they wouldn't take to it. I'm really impressed with this thing because:- The canvas is thick, sturdy, and taught when suspended across the frame- The suction cups are strong enough that I trust they won't send a flailing cat down into my desk/coffee/computer.- There's a little hole in the pull tab on each upper suction cup in case you want to put a nail through it to mount it on the upper moulding of a windowsill for larger cats (or reassurance)- The cords are wire, but are coated in plastic to avoid fraying and chewing- It was quick to assemble- It's got a clean look (as opposed to some of the fluffy fabric-covered models)My cats are 12 and 14 pounds; I tested this with a 10lb weight and then added an 8lb shotput for a total of 18 pounds. It held up great, even after shaking it to simulate them jumping into the perch.

So far so good, mostly
I'm giving this four stars because my cat loves it, and so far, it's staying up. The problem is with the directions. The only directions are two pictures on the side of the box, and a few written directions which are incomprehensible; for example, "Finish assembly of apical angle to ensure the last angel will not pass through fabric after fixation." I looked up apical, and it is the refracting angle of a prism. I don't know what word the directions meant, but there is no prism on the cat bed! I'm pretty sure I put it together correctly, but a note about which suction cup to use where would be helpful, since there are two different kinds of suction cups. It took two people to stretch the material enough to make the velcro match. On Amazon's sale page, there is a note from the seller on how to prepare the suction cups. Those directions should be included in the package, as not everyone reads all of those additional notes.

Nevermind the top rated 1-star review
The lady that wrote a review from the cats perspective giving this window seat a 1-star review should have looked at the instructions. This thing is simple and painless to put together if you do it in the correct order, otherwise you will be fighting to get the fittings together. This is a 5-star product with 5-star value.Make sure you check the measurements to see if it will fit your window. It is larger than it looks from the photos. My cat took right to it and has been chilling on it for the most of the day.I've also noticed reviews stating that the suction cups won't stick. Of course, I don't know if these people received defective suction cups or that they don't know that you can't leave air in the cup. I always start from one end and roll the cup on rather than push it directly into the window which will leave you with air pockets.

My cats like it so much, I had to get a second one.
I just moved into an apartment and my cats were obviously missing the old sun porch that gave them a great view of the yard. I figured I'd try this. Wow do they both love these. It takes a minute to figure out the assembly instructions which could be better written, but it isn't that hard to put together and you don't need any tools to do it.The suction cups are really strong and so is the fabric where the cats sit. It's some kind of indestructible plastic. The cats like to use it as a scratcher and it shows no wear whatsoever. The cats leap up and down on them all day, sometimes pausing for a snooze. I highly recommend it you have active cats that like to jump up and down and look out the window.

My Cat, She used to be...
My Cat...She used to be outdoor/indoorNow she's indoor/outdoorShe used to sleep outside a lot. Since I put this in the window, she sleeps primarily in her bed.... and she's more affectionate. Apparently, receiving gifts is one of her 5 Love Languages.Easily put together, easy install. It's been hanging for almost 2 months without issue.
