Ordered 10. 4 arrived broken. The plastic that holds the x-frame pieces together is brittle and breaks easily.

Pleased with the stand. As long as you are careful when setting it up, it does exactly what it is supposed to do, and at a good price. When I need another one I will order again.

I had ordered this banner stand about 3-4 years ago and still use it. It was in a nice carry bag and I've had no issues. This new stand did not have a way to hook banners to it. It has two pegs that come out, no hooks and no washers. The carry bag is a joke, it's so cheap it feels like crumpled paper and sounds like it too. When I finally inspected all parts in the bag to make sure I wasn't overlooking any pieces I did not find any hooks or washers to attach the banner onto the straight pegs. When I contacted the seller they said they could not send me just those parts because they are prepackaged and they would not offer a refund. I will pay more money and buy from someone else next time. What was once a great product, has now become not worth the time or hassle. Cheaping out on the carry bad aside, it didn't come with all the parts. Do not buy this. They will not make it right. As a business owner, I will not support a company like this.

Great product. Vendor was very good about dealing with a slight issue.

Waste of money. This was deliversed damaged and it was not what we expected. The build quality was cheap. We did not bother to use it for our event.

Item arrived just as advertised.

We asked prior to purchase if this would work with our banner's dimensions and it does not. The stand is much less sturdy than we expected.
