All-Clad K2750DGT Stainless Steel Immersion Blender, Silver

I was so excited to find this immersion blender by All-Clad. I had been looking to replace my old All-Clad immersion blender since my husband accidentally broke. It was 13 years old and had always worked great so I wanted the same brand. This new All-Clad blender is so much more powerful. I made a cream of zucchini soup with it and it made short work of blending up all the zucchini. It has a nice long handle that allows for use ina large stock pot. I am please. The only downfall (if you could call it that) is I cut myself cleaning it....it is far sharper than my old one too so be very careful. Otherwise it was a great purchase at a great price.

This thing is fantastic, and worth every penny. I did a lot of online research before I got it, with trustpilot and other consumer review sites giving it four and five stars. When I went to check out, I got a pleasant surprise: I had a $100 Amazon gift card that I didn’t even know about, plus $38 and change in American Express credits! So first of all I got this for over 90% off, lol. Second of all, it looks tiny in the website picture. Like a little stick that you can stir directly into a cup. But it isn’t - it’s huge! You can blend a whole giant mixing bowl of mashed potatoes with this thing! It’s basically a hand powered blender! I bought it to blend my homemade Matcha lattes, and it does an incredible job of that. It takes up a little extra space on the counter, but it’s so well-made that I don’t mind, even though I thought I was getting a small emulsion blender. If you don’t mind that it’s bigger and heavier than a typical stick blender, and you don’t mind paying the price, I would totally recommend this.

We love it! Really nothing to dislike about this All-Clad immersion hand blender. It is extremely powerful but the dial at the top allows you to easily control the speed of the blade to suit any blending task and any food density. We had other domestic immersion blender before that lasted for few years before the motor stoped working, but none of them was as powerful and as robust. At this price point ($100 to $120 CAD, 2019) it maybe double the price of other non-commercial hand immersion blenders, but after the first used it was clear thar it is worth every penny. It is slightly on the heavy side, (a a direct result of the big powerful, 600W motor and sturdy construction) but for the same reason we complete any blending task twice as fast than any other non-commercial-use blender we used before.

My previous stick blender finally went up in smoke after a decade of service so went for the All-Clad one as a replacement....and I'm glad I did. Big family reunion with a weekend of jam making. We used this tool to chop up the berries into a slurry of beautiful jam making berry slush in minutes. So easy to assemble and take apart to clean, motor runs like a power house- with the higher speed absolutely turbo!. Great value for money in my opinion. Exterior stainless steel makes it a simple wipe down and it's fingerprint clean....so much better than my old white plastic one.
