Q: Does the tube of cream have a seal on it. The tube that I purchased came in a box (unsealed) and the cream was also unsealed. Is this normal?

Mine came without a seal. The Eucerin bottle does not match their German or Italian Fort creme bottle (which is the language on tube). I suspect It may counterfeit.
