Marlow ropes, FAB107, rigger's Swedish fid small. Traditional steel splicing fids with a wooden handle, Swedish fids are used for multiplait, 3 strand and Marlow Braid splicing (in conjunction with the Riggers splicing needle).

Works well
Learning how to work with rope and this is required. I am sure I will upgrade someday to something more comfortable.For now, for the price, this works fine.
