Good dark cocoa powder

I started a habit of spoiling myself. I created a cappuccino that could not be bought. I wanted something that would enhance my weekends after a week of stress on my job. I started with Hills Bros dark chocolate cappuccino mix, add a little instant coffee, top it with whip cream and drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup over the whip cream. I refused to drink this marvel without having my feet up, outside, with a great book to read. Now, that is relaxing. Hills Bros no longer makes their Dark Chocolate Cappuccino Mix, so I had to mix up my own. Without Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder, there would be no spoiling myself, in an affordable way. I now add Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder to the Hills Bros Double Chocolate Cappuccino Mix and Voila! My special coffee treat. Saved by Hershey's, and you can't buy it at Starbucks!

This is the best cocoa powder I have used by a long way. The intensity of flavour and colour is amazing. It really adds a depth to my baking and smoothies. It is divine added to chia pudding. You don’t need to add as much as with other brands. I just wish it was a bit cheaper and didn’t go out of stock.

The richness of this cacao is unparalleled. Chocolate cakes come out beautifully with this powder and no impurities either unlike many Indian brands that I've tried. I can never go back to cocoa now that I've tried cacao and with the marginal price difference I'd suggest you don't either.

I was searching for some chocolate powder to make my hot chocolates in the night. Most of the ones you will find have a lot of sugar added but this one is great For only 10 calories you get a cup of hot chocolate. Bear in mind it is a bit bitter as there is no sugar or additives but if you are looking to manage your calorie intake it is a great “snack”.
