Indian Basics: 85 Recipes Illustrated Step by Step (My Cooking Class)

No Table of Contents
This is a good book in some respects, with beautiful photographs showing each stage of preparing a dish. The book has seven sections. But there is no Table of Contents at the front of the book, with page numbers, to tell one how to turn to the various sections. What was the author thinking about - it certainly wasn't about how one can easily find something in the book.

Beautiful book, helpful pictures
Beautiful book, and I appreciated the pictures (as I was cooking with new-ish ingredients). The directions were a bit too minimalistic at times. But I love the book.

Maybe too simple.
While I wanted something simple, I did want a little more written help. Also, the need for exotic herbs and spices is somewhat intimidating.

Cookbook with photos to guide you in the process of preparing favourite dishes.
I find it very clear to follow cooking instructions using this novel approach. Indian cooking has always been a challenge because of the many ingredients used. There are other cookbooks for other types of cooking you might like.
